منابع، روش‌ها و قراردادهای تامین ‌مالی در پروژه‌های نفت‌وگاز

تامین مالی از کلیدی‌ترین مباحث حاکم بر قراردادهای سرمایه‌گذاری و صنایع نفت‌وگاز است. پروژه‌های نفت‌وگاز نقش بسزایی در توسعۀ اقتصادی کشور صاحب ‌نفت دارند؛ ازاین‌‌رو اجرای آن‌ها نیازمند هزینۀ فراوانی است و ریسک بالایی دارد. در تامین مالی پروژه‌های نفتی، موضوع و جغرافیای پروژه اهمیت بسیاری دارد. تامین مالی این پروژه‌ها ممکن است از منابع بازارهای مالی یا سرمایه صورت گیرد. انتخاب تامین مالی مناسب پروژه، بنابه اقتضای فیزیکی و جغرافیایی و سیاسی پروژه متغیر است. از جملۀ این روش‌ها می‌توان به فاینانس، یوزانس، تامین مالی پروژه و ... اشاره کرد. ازآنجاکه تامین مالی این پروژه‌ها در قالب قراردادهای مختلفی انجام می‌شود و به شرایط پروژه، حقوق و تکالیف طرفین، ویژگی‌های محیطی و... بستگی دارد، در این مقاله، انواع تامین مالی و امکان استفاده از آن‌ها در پروژه‌های نفتی بررسی خواهد شد. در این پژوهش، برای تحلیل هریک از روش‌های تامین مالی، از روش توصیفی تحلیلی بهره گرفته شده است
