سنجش میزان رضایت‌مندی شهروندان از مولفه‌های کیفیت زندگی در شهرهای کوچک اندام؛ (مورد پژوهی: شهر لوشان در استان گیلان)

هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، سنجش میزان رضایت‌مندی شهروندان از مولفه‌های کیفیت زندگی در شهر لوشان و ارائه راهکارهایی مناسب در جهت ارتقای آن است. پژوهش حاضر بر مبنای روش، توصیفی – تحلیلی و بر اساس هدف از نوع مطالعات کاربردی می‌باشد. شیوه گردآوری داده‌ها، مطالب اسنادی - کتابخانه‌ای (کتب، مقالات و پایان‌نامه‌ها) و برداشت‌های میدانی (پرسش‌نامه) بوده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه ساکنین شهر لوشان تشکیل داده‌اند که تعداد نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، 373 نفر محاسبه شد. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌های حاصل از پرسش‌نامه از آزمون‌های میانگین وزنی ساده، تی تک نمونه‌ای و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون در محیط نرم‌افزار spss استفاده‌شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که کیفیت زندگی در شهر لوشان در سطحی نامطلوب از سوی شهروندان ارزیابی گشته است و به‌طور کل میزان رضایت شهروندان از مجموع شاخص‌های موردبررسی کمتر از میانه (میانه نظری= 3) است. همچنین نتایج حاصل از آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد سطح معناداری بین رضایت کلی از کیفیت زندگی و شاخص‌های (اقتصادی، کالبدی خدماتی، محیط‌زیست، اجتماعی-فرهنگی و مدیریت شهری)، از همبستگی بالایی وجود دارد که این بیانگر یک رابطه خطی مثبت قوی میان آن‌ها است. ازاین‌رو بیشترین میزان همبستگی در شهر لوشان بین کیفیت زندگی شهری و متغیر کالبدی-خدماتی و همچنین بین کیفیت زندگی شهری و زیست‌محیطی با ضریب همبستگی مشابه 0/784 می‌باشد. این بدان معناست که با افزایش میزان کیفیت محیط کالبدی-خدماتی و زیست‌محیطی، کیفیت زندگی در این شهر نیز افزایش می‌یابد.

measuring the level of satisfaction of citizens with the components of the quality of life in the small size towns; (lowshan city in guilan province)

the purpose of this research is to measure the level of citizens’ satisfaction with the components of the quality of life in lowshan city and provide appropriate solutions to improve it. the current research is based on the method, descriptive-analytical and based on the purpose of applied studies. the method of data collection was document-library materials (books, articles and theses) and field observations (questionnaire). the statistical population of the research is made up of all the residents of lowshan city, and the number of samples was calculated using cochran’s formula to be 373 people. to analyze the data from the questionnaire, simple weighted average tests, one-sample t-test and pearson’s correlation coefficient were used in the spss software environment. the results of the research showed that the quality of life in the city of lowshan has been evaluated at an unfavorable level by the citizens, and in general, the satisfaction level of the citizens is lower than the average (theoretical average = 3). also, the results of the pearson correlation coefficient test showed that there is a significant level of high correlation between overall satisfaction with the quality of life and indicators (economic, physical, service, environment, socio-cultural and urban management), there’s a high correlation which indicates a positive linear connection between them. therefore, the highest correlation in lowshan city is between the quality of urban life and the physical-service variable, as well as between the quality of urban life and the environment, with a similar correlation coefficient of 0.784. this means that with the increase in the quality of the physical-service and environmental environment, the quality of life in this city will also increase.
