شناسایی عوامل موثر بر پیدایش اقتصاد گیگ با رویکرد فراترکیب

هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی عوامل موثر بر پیدایش اقتصاد گیگ با رویکرد فراترکیب می‌باشد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، توسعه‌ای؛ از لحاظ ماهیت و سبک تحلیل مولفه‌ها، جزء پژوهش‌های کیفی و براساس جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، اسنادی است. از منظر روش انجام پژوهش، تحلیلی- توصیفی است و مولفه‌های پژوهش با استفاده از روش کیفی فراترکیب هفت مرحله‌ای ساندلوسکی و باروسو جمع‌آوری و تحلیل شده‌اند. به‌منظور شناسایی عوامل موثر بر پیدایش اقتصاد گیگ پژوهشگران به جستجوی سیستماتیک پژوهش‌های انجام شده مربوط به این عوامل در 4 پایگاه‌ علمی ساینس دایرکت، امرالد، وایلی، سیج و همچنین پایگاه استنادی اسکوپوس بین سال‌های 2010 تا 2023 با هدف تعیین اسناد معتبر و مرتبط با سوال پژوهش و با کلیدواژگان منتخب، پرداختند. در بررسی‌های اولیه، تعداد 162 منبع یافت شد که پس از طی مراحل غربال‌گری و اعتبارسنجی و بهره‌گیری از ابزار casp در نهایت 20 مقاله مورد تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل قرار گرفت و با استفاده از روش کدگذاری، عوامل موثر بر پیدایش اقتصاد گیگ شناسایی و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار مکس‌کیودا ترسیم گردید. برای بررسی کیفیت یا پایایی شاخص‌ها از ضریب کاپا در نرم‌افزار spss استفاده شده است که در پژوهش حاضر برابر با 0/80 است که نشان‌دهنده پایایی مناسب شاخص‌های این پژوهش می‌باشد. در مجموع 4 عامل اصلی پیدایش اقتصاد گیگ شامل؛ عوامل اجتماعی، اقتصادی، سیاسی و فناوری و 21 عامل فرعی شناسایی شده است.

identifying factors affecting the rise of the gig economy with the meta-synthesis approach

the main goal of the current research is to identify the factors affecting the emergence of the gig economy with a hybrid approach. this research is developmental in terms of purpose; qualitative in terms of the nature and style of component analysis; and documentary based on data collection. it is analytical-descriptive from the research methodviewpoint; and the components of the research were collected andanalyzed using sandelovski and barroso's seven-stage meta-compositequalitative method. in order to identify the factors affecting theemergence of the gig economy, the researchers systematically searchedfor researches related to these factors in 4 scientific databases: sciencedirect, emerald, wiley, and sage, as well as the scopus referencedatabase between 2010 and 2023, with the aim of determining validdocuments related to the research question, and with the selectedkeywords. in the initial investigations, 162 sources were found; andafter screening and validation and using the casp tool, 20 articles werefinally analyzed, and the factors affecting the emergence of the gigeconomy were identified by using the coding method, and was drawn byusing maxquda software. the kappa coefficient was used in spsssoftware to check the quality or reliability of the indicators, which in thepresent study is equal to 0.80; indicates the appropriate reliability of theindicators of this research. in total, the 4 main factors of the emergenceof the gig economy include social, economic, political and technologicalfactors; and 21 sub-factors have been identified.
