شناسایی الزامات مهارتی و ویژگی های دانشگاهی متناسب با فضای کسب و کار در انقلاب صنعتی چهارم

هدف از انجام این پژوهش، شناسایی الزامات مهارتی و شایستگی و همچنین ویژگی دانشگاه‌ها برای پاسخگویی به تحولات کسب‌وکار آینده در فضای انقلاب صنعتی چهارم است. روش کار پژوهش حاضر شامل بررسی و تحلیل ادبیات و منابع علمی در زمینه موضوع با استفاده از رویکرد کیفی و روش تحلیل مضمون است. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل اسناد علمی (مقاله‌ها) منتشره از سال 2010 تاکنون می‌باشد. روش نمونه‌گیری از نوع هدفمند بوده که بر این اساس تعداد 87 مقاله جهت بررسی و تحلیل نهایی انتخاب گردید. اعتبار مقوله‌های گردآوری شده با استفاده از فرمول مایلز و هوبرمن، 82 درصد به دست آمد. تجزیه و تحلیل مضامین با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون و نرم‌افزار 22maxqda انجام گرفت. یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر در دو بخش: الف) شایستگی‌های دیجیتال، اجتماعی، شناختی، فنی و شخصی به عنوان الزامات مهارتی و شایستگی انقلاب صنعتی چهارم و ب) ویژگی‌های دانشگاه آینده در قالب حرفه‌گرا، شبکه‌گرا، دیجیتال‌گرا، صلاحیت‌گرا، پروژه‌گرا، تحول‌گرا، مرزگستر، آموزش و یادگیری شخصی‌گرا، و مهارت‌گرا ارائه گردید. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد دانشگاه با رعایت الزامات مهارتی و شایستگی‌های نوین انقلاب صنعتی چهارم و کسب ویژگی‌های یاد شده می‌تواند دانشجویان را برای فضای کسب‌وکار آینده و اشتغال‌آفرینی و اشتغال‌پذیری آماده نمایند.

identifying the skill requirements and academic characteristics appropriate to the business environment in the fourth industrial revolution

the purpose of this research is to identify the skill and competence requirements as well as the characteristics of universities to respond to future business developments in the environment of the fourth industrial revolution. the research methodology includes the review and analysis of literature and scientific resources in the field of the subject using aqualitative approach and thematic analysis method. the statisticalpopulation of the research includes scientific documents (articles)published since 2010. the sampling method was purposeful, based onwhich 87 articles were selected for final review and analysis. thereliability of the collected categories using the miles and hubermanformula was 82%. theme analysis was done using theme analysismethod and maxqda 22 software. the findings of the present researchwere presented in two parts: a) digital, social, cognitive, technical andpersonal competencies as skills and competence requirements of thefourth industrial revolution, and b) the characteristics of the futureuniversity in the form of professional, network-oriented, digitaloriented,competence-oriented, project-oriented, transformational,frontier-oriented, personalized and skill-oriented education and learning.the results of the research showed that the university can preparestudents for the future business environment and job creation andemployability by complying with the new skill requirements andcompetencies of the fourth industrial revolution and acquiring thementioned characteristics.
