شناسایی پیشران‌های موثر بر آینده سرمایه‌گذاری سازمان تامین اجتماعی ایران با تاکید بر نقش فناوری

هدف این پژوهش شناسایی پیشران‌های موثر بر آینده سرمایه‌گذاری سازمان تامین اجتماعی ایران با تاکید بر نقش فناوری می باشد. تحقیق حاضر از نظر جهت‌گیری، یک مطالعه کاربردی بوده و از منظر گردآوری داده‌ها، یک پژوهش میدانی می‎باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش، خبرگان سرمایه‌گذاری و درآمدزایی در حوزه تامین اجتماعی هستند و نمونه‌گیری بر اساس تخصص در این حوزه‌ها انجام شد. حجم نمونه در این پژوهش برابر با 10 نفر می باشد. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از ابزارهای مصاحبه ساختاریافته با خبرگان و پرسشنامه‌های خبره‌سنجی و اولویت‌سنجی استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل یافته های پژوهش از فنون کمی دلفی فازی و مارکوس استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که 29 پیشران از طریق مرور ادبیات و مصاحبه ساختاریافته با خبرگان تامین اجتماعی استخراج شد. در گام بعد این پیشران‌ها با روش دلفی فازی غربال شدند. نه پیشران از عدد دیفازی مطلوبی برخوردار بودند و برای رتبه‌بندی نهایی انتخاب شدند. پیشران‌های نهایی با روش مارکوس اولویت‌بندی شدند. پیشران های دارای اولویت عبارت بودند از: پیشران‌های میزان همکاری سازمان تامین اجتماعی با استارتاپ‌های فناوری، میزان همکاری نهادها و موسسات مالی کشور با فین‌تک‌ها و توسعه رگ‌تک‌ها.

the aim of this study is to identify the drivers affecting the future ofinvestment in the iranian social security organization with an emphasis on the role of technology. the present study is an applicable study in terms of orientation, and a field study in terms of data collection. the statistical population of the study is investment and income generationexperts in the field of social security, and sampling was carried outbased on expertise in these fields. the sample size in this study is 10people. structured interview tools with experts and expert survey andpriority survey questionnaires were used to collect data. fuzzy delphiand marcus quantitative techniques were used to analyze the researchfindings. the results showed that 29 drivers were extracted through aliterature review and structured interviews with social security experts.in the next step, these drivers were screened using the fuzzy delphimethod. nine drivers had a desirable defuzzy number and were selectedfor the final ranking. the final drivers were prioritized using the marcusmethod. the prioritized drivers were: the drivers of the level ofcooperation of the social security organization with technologystartups, the level of cooperation of the country's financial institutionswith fintechs, and the development of regtechs.
