ارائه الگوی پارادایمی توانمندسازی مهارت های کارآفرینانه با نگاه ویژه به افراد دارای معلولیت های جسمی و حرکتی

هدف پژوهش حاضر ارائه الگوی پارادایمی توانمندسازی مهارت های کارآفرینانه افراد دارای معلولیت جسمی و حرکتی می باشد. روش پژوهش با توجه به هدف آن، بنیادی و از حیث شیوه اجرا، کیفی می باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش 14 نفر از خبرگان دانشگاهی، صاحب نظران بهزیستی و معلولان با توانمندی های کارآفرینی در استان کرمانشاه می باشد. نمونه ها با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. گردآوری داده ها از طریق مصاحبه های نیمه ساختاریافته صورت گرفت. برای تجزیه وتحلیل داده های پژوهش از روش داده بنیاد و کدگذاری و نرم افزار maxqda استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که الگوی طراحی شده با 21 شاخص که شامل شرایط علّی (شبکه‌سازی و نوآوری، حمایت مالی و قانونی، تسهیلات و زیرساخت‌های مناسب، آموزش و مهارت‌آموزی)، شرایط زمینه ای (تغییرات اقتصادی، آگاهی و پذیرش، سیاست‌ها و قوانین دولتی، اقتصادی-اجتماعی)، شرایط مداخله گر (عوامل محیطی و طبیعی، نهادهای مدنی، عوامل فردی و روان‌شناختی، تغییرات اجتماعی و فرهنگی) مقوله محوری (توانمندسازی مهارت های کارآفرینانه معلولین جسمی و حرکتی)، راهبردها (برنامه‌های ارزیابی، طراحی برای بازارهای خاص، توسعه مهارت‌های نرم، ترویج مدل‌ های تعاونی و ایجاد پلتفرم‌های خاص)، پیامدها (افزایش استقلال اقتصادی، بهبود کیفیت زندگی و تحولات اقتصادی) تبیین کنندۀ عوامل تاثیرگذار بر توانمندسازی مهارت های کارآفرینانه معلولین جسمی و حرکتی بودند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که توانمندسازی مهارت‌های کارآفرینانه معلولین می‌تواند از طریق برنامه‌های آموزشی هدفمند و فراگیر انجام شود که این امر منجر به ارتقاء مهارت‌های فنی و مدیریتی، تقویت مهارت‌های نرم و بهبود کارآفرینی در معلولین می گردد.

presenting a paradigmatic model for empowering entrepreneurial skills with a special focus on people with physical and motor disabilities

the aim of this study is to present a paradigmatic model for empowering entrepreneurial skills of people with physical and motor disabilities. the research method is fundamental in terms of its purpose, and qualitative in terms of its implementation method. the statistical population of the study is14 academic experts, welfare experts, and disabled people with entrepreneurialcapabilities in kermanshah province. the samples were selected usingpurposive sampling. data collection was carried out through semi-structuredinterviews. the data analysis and coding method and maxqda softwarewere used to analyze the research data. the results of the study showed that themodel designed with 21 indicators, including causal conditions (networkingand innovation, financial and legal support, appropriate facilities andinfrastructure, education and skills training), background conditions (economicchanges, awareness and acceptance, government policies and laws, socioeconomic),intervening conditions (environmental and natural factors, civilinstitutions, individual and psychological factors, social and cultural changes),the central category (empowering the entrepreneurial skills of people withphysical and motor disabilities), strategies (assessment programs, designing forspecific markets, developing soft skills, promoting cooperative models andcreating specific platforms), and consequences (increasing economicindependence, improving the quality of life, and economic developments)explained the factors affecting the empowerment of the entrepreneurial skillsof people with physical and motor disabilities. the results of the study showedthat empowering the entrepreneurial skills of people with disabilities can becarried out through targeted and comprehensive training programs, whichleads to the promotion of technical and managerial skills, strengthening softskills, and improving entrepreneurship in people with disabilities.
