بررسی تاثیر توانمندسازهای باز بر چابکی شرکت‌های کوچک و متوسط منتخب در شهرک صنعتی یزد

هدف مطالعه حاضر، بررسی نقش نوآوری باز، سرمایه اجتماعی، ایجاد دانش مشارکتی و همکاری با شرکای خارجی برای افزایش چابکی در شرایط آشفتگی دنیای امروز و ارائه الگوی جدیدی برای به‌کارگیری توانمندسازهای باز چابکی در شرکت‌های کوچک و متوسط منتخب شهرک صنعتی یزد است. روش تحقیق مورد استفاده در این پژوهش، به لحاظ هدف کاربردی بوده و از نوع تحقیق توصیفی-پیمایشی می­باشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل خبرگانی از مدیران عالی و میانی 17 شرکت کوچک و متوسط منتخب از شهرک صنعتی یزد به تعداد 92 نفر می­باشد. با توجه به محدود و دردسترس بودن جامعه، از روش سرشماری برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها استفاده شد که در نهایت 89 پرسشنامه بازگشت داده شد. ابزار گردآوری داده­ها، شامل پرسشنامه­های ایجاد دانش مشارکتی العموش و همکاران (2020)، چابکی سازمانی لی و همکاران (2015)، سرمایه اجتماعی لئو و همکاران (2016)، همکاری با شرکای خارجی رضازاده و نوبری (2018) و نوآوری باز چن و لئو (2018) می­باشد. جهت بررسی روایی، پایایی و برازش مدل مفهومی تحقیق از نرم‌افزار smart pls استفاده گردید که روایی و پایایی سوالات پرسشنامه تایید شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد بر اساس مقادیر معناداری فرضیات، هر 4 فرضیه تحقیق تایید شدند. بنابراین چابکی سازمانی به طور قابل توجهی تحت تاثیر نوآوری باز و به دنبال آن همکاری با شرکای خارجی و ایجاد دانش مشارکتی می­باشد و سرمایه اجتماعی بر ایجاد دانش مشارکتی در شرکت­های کوچک و متوسط منتخب شهرک صنعتی یزد تاثیر مثبت و بسزایی دارد.

investigating the impact of open enablers on the agility of selected small and medium enterprises in yazd industrial estate

the purpose of this study is to investigate the role of open innovation, social capital, collaborative knowledge creation, and cooperation with foreign partners to increase agility in today's turbulent world, and provide a new model for applying open agility enablers in selected small and medium enterprises ofyazd industrial city. the research method used in this research is applicable interms of purpose, and it is a descriptive-survey type of research. the statisticalpopulation of this research includes experts from top and middle managers of17 selected small and medium companies in yazd industrial city, totaling 92people. due to the limited availability of the population, the census methodwas used to collect data; and finally 89 questionnaires were returned. the datacollection tools include the questionnaires of collaborative knowledge creationby al-amoush et al., (2020), organizational agility by lee et al., (2015), socialcapital by liu et al., (2016), cooperation with external partners by rezazadehand nobari (2018), and open innovation by chen and liu (2018). smart plssoftware was used to check the validity, reliability and fit of the conceptualmodel of the research, and the validity and reliability of the questionnairequestions were confirmed. the research results showed that all 4 researchhypotheses were confirmed based on the significant values of the hypotheses.therefore, organizational agility is significantly influenced by open innovationfollowed by cooperation with foreign partners and the creation of collaborativeknowledge, and social capital has a positive and significant effect on thecreation of collaborative knowledge in small and medium-sized companiesselected in yazd industrial city.
