ارائه مدل توسعه ی کارآفرینی در صنعت ملی پالایش فراورده های نفتی با رویکرد پیشگیری از آسیب های زیست محیطی

هدف این تحقیق بررسی ارائه مدل توسعه ی کارآفرینی در صنعت ملی پالایش فراورده های نفتی با رویکرد پیشگیری از آسیب های زیست محیطی می‌باشد. تحقیق حاضر به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت و روش، از نوع توصیفی-پیمایشی می‎باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل کارکنان و کارشناسان در صنعت ملی پالایش فراورده های نفتی به تعداد 951 نفر می‌باشد که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران تعداد 274 نفر در نظر گرفته شد. نمونه‌گیری به صورت تصادفی   خوشه ای انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری در تحقیق حاضر، شامل پرسشنامه محقق ساخته برگرفته از روش کیفی می‌باشد. متغیر توسعه ی کارآفرینی شامل 4 بعد نوآوری، ریسک پذیری، پیشگامی و رقابت تهاجمی و متغیر توسعه ی کارآفرینی شامل 3 بعد انسان مداری، محیط مداری، بی اعتنایی عمومی می‌باشد. پایایی تحقیق با استفاده از معیار آلفای کرونباخ در نرم افزار spss مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و تایید شد. جهت برازش مدل مفهومی تحقیق از نرم افزار amos استفاده گردید. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که بین مولفه‌ها و ابعاد توسعه ی کارآفرینی در صنعت ملی پالایش فراورده های نفتی با رویکرد پیشگیری از آسیب های زیست محیطی اثر مثبت و معنی داری وجود دارد و مدل از برازش خوبی برخوردار می‌باشد.

presenting the entrepreneurship development model in the national oil refining industry with the approach of environmental damage prevention

the aim of this research is to investigate the development model of entrepreneurship in the national oil refining industry with the approach ofpreventing environmental damage. the current research is applicable in terms of purpose, and descriptive-survey in terms of nature and method. thestatistical population of this research includes employees and experts in the national industry of refining petroleum products as many as 951 people, which was considered to be 274 people using cochran's formula. sampling was doneby cluster random sampling. the collection tool in this research includes a researcher-made questionnaire derived from the qualitative method. thevariable of entrepreneurial development includes 4 dimensions of innovation,risk-taking, pioneering and aggressive competition, and the variable ofentrepreneurial development includes 3 dimensions of human orientation,environment orientation, and general indifference. the reliability of theresearch was checked and confirmed using cronbach's alpha criterion in spsssoftware. amos software was used to fit the conceptual model of the research.the findings of the research showed that there is a positive and significanteffect between the components and dimensions of entrepreneurshipdevelopment in the national oil refining industry with the approach ofpreventing environmental damage, and the model has a good fit.
