شناسایی مولفه‌های مدل بلوغ نوآوری باز در صنایع دفاعی ایران مبتنی بر روش فراترکیب

هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی ابعاد و مولفه‌های مدل بلوغ اکوسیستم نوآوری باز در صنایع دفاعی ایران مبتنی بر استفاده هدفمند از جریانات دانشی، به‌‌صورت ایده، علم و یا فناوری در راستای ایجاد ارزش است که می‌تواند مزایای قابل توجهی را عاید فرد و سازمان کند؛ ازجمله شتاب بخشیدن به فرایندهای اصلی در داخل سازمان (نوآوری داخلی) یا گسترش بازار (نوآوری خارجی) در خارج سازمان. این پژوهش از نوع پژوهش کاربردی-بنیادی است. بدین منظور، با استفاده از روش فراترکیب، 485 مقاله در حوزه نوآوری باز گردآوری شد، براساس الگوریتم انتخاب مقاله‌های نهایی، مولفه های 80 مقاله مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت و با استفاده از روش کدگذاری، مدل بلوغ اکوسیستم نوآوری باز این با استفاده از نرم افزار مکس کیودا طراحی گردید. برای بررسی کیفیت یا پایایی شاخص ها از ضریب کاپا در نرم افزار spss استفاده شده است که در پژوهش حاضر برابر با 0.86 است که نشان دهنده پایایی مناسب شاخص های این تحقیق می باشد. تحلیل مدل و یافته‌های این تحقیق نشان داد که اکوسیستم نوآوری باز دارای مولفه‌های متعددی در قالب 13 مقوله و 23 مفهوم ازجمله همکاری‌ها و سرمایه‌گذاری‌های مشترک، سرمایه‌گذاری در ایده و پژوهش و جمع‌سپاری است. همچنین، نتایج نشان داد مشارکت در سرمایه‌گذاری، انعقاد قرارداد سرمایه‌گذاری مشترک با شرکت‌های فعال در حوزه کسب‌وکار و اکتساب شرکت‌های کوچک و دانش بنیان می‌تواند موجب شتاب بخشیدن به فرایندهای اصلی نوآوری در داخل سازمان شود.

identifying the components of the open innovation maturity model in iran’s defense industries based on meta-synthesis method

the purpose of this research is to identify the dimensions and components of thematurity model of the open innovation ecosystem in iran's defense industries based onthe purposeful use of knowledge flows, in the form of ideas, science or technology inorder to create value that can bring significant benefits to the individuals andorganizations, including accelerating the main processes inside the organization(internal innovation) or expanding the market (external innovation) outside theorganization. this research is an applied-basic one. in order to do so, 485 papers in thefield of open innovation were collected using the meta-synthesis method. based on thealgorithm for selecting the final articles, the data of 80 articles were analyzed, and thematurity model of open innovation ecosystem was designed using the coding methodand maxqda analytics pro software. to check the quality or reliability of theindicators, kappa coefficient was used in spss software, which is equal to 0.86 in thecurrent research, that indicates the appropriate reliability of the indicators. the analysisof the concluding model and the findings of this research showed that the openinnovation ecosystem has several components in forms of 13 categories and 23concepts, including collaborations and joint ventures, investment in ideas and research,and crowdsourcing. also, the results showed that participating in investment, makingmutual contracts with companies active in the field of business, and acquiring smalland knowledge-based companies can accelerate the main processes of innovationwithin the organization.
