تحلیل و بررسی عملکرد سازمان راهداری در افزایش ایمنی و کاهش تصادفات برون شهری ایران با استفاده از شاخص‌های عملکردی و ایمنی ترافیک

سازمان راهداری یکی از مهمترین ارگانها در ایران است که مسئولیت نظارت بر امنیت و سلامت راه‌ها و جاده‌ها را بر عهده دارد. یکی از مسائل اصلی که این سازمان با آن مواجه است، تصادفات جاده‌ای است که یکی از علل اصلی تلفات و آسیب‌های جسمی و مالی در جوامع است. برای کاهش تصادفات، سازمان راهداری سالانه مسئولیت‌هایی بر عهده دارد . این عملکردها طبق استانداردهای جهانی شامل افزایش نظارت بر رانندگان، بهبود سیستم‌های ترافیکی، آموزش‌های ایمنی رانندگی و بهبود زیرساخت‌های جاده‌ای می‌شود. این مطالعه ابتدا شاخص‌های عملکردی و ایمنی ترافیک را تعریف کرده و سپس به بررسی نتایج آن پرداخته است. تحلیل نتایج این مطالعه نشان‌دهنده آن است که باوجود عملکرد مثبت سازمان راهداری و کاهش تعداد مسافران همچنان سیر صعودی در تعداد تصادفات و تلفات حوادث رانندگی در جاده های برون‌شهری مشاهده میشود.

analyzing and investigating the performance of the road organization in increasing safety and reducing accidents in suburban iran using performance and traffic safety indicators

the road administration is one of the most important organizations in iran, which is responsible for monitoring the safety and health of roads. one of the main issues that this organization faces is road accidents, which are one of the main causes of casualties and physical and financial damage in communities. in order to reduce accidents, the road administration has annual responsibilities. these functions, according to global standards, include increased monitoring of drivers, improved traffic systems, driving safety training and improved road infrastructure. this study first defined performance indicators and traffic safety and then analyzed its results. the analysis of the results of this study shows that despite the positive performance of the road organization and the decrease in the number of passengers, an upward trend is still observed in the number of accidents and fatalities in traffic accidents on suburban roads.
