بررسی وضعیت حمل‌ونقل هوایی بار در ایران؛ پیشنهادات جهت توسعه و افزایش کارایی

در طول چهارهزار سال گذشته، تاریخ حمل‌ونقل از چارپایان و قایق‌های پارویی آغاز شد و با اختراع چرخ و موتور بخار تحول یافت. حمل‌ونقل هوایی با امکان انتقال سریع بر فاصله‌های طولانی، مزایا و چالش‌های خود را دارد. مقدار بار حمل‌ونقل هوایی در ایران نسبت به حمل‌ونقل کلی کم بوده و نیاز به کاهش هزینه‌ها و افزایش نوآوری‌ها دارد. حمل‌ونقل هوایی برای جابجایی کالاهای ارزشمند یا حساس به زمان در تجارت جهانی نقش مهمی ایفا می‌کند. وضعیت حمل‌ونقل هوایی بار در ایران شامل سه بخش اصلی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. ابتدا، روند حجم جابجا شده در داخلی و بین‌المللی در ده سال اخیر بازگو شده و در نتیجه، اطلاعات مربوط به عملکرد و سهم شرکت‌های هواپیمایی در این زمینه بحث شده است. همچنین، نقش فرودگاه‌ها (شهرها) در حمل‌ونقل هوایی بار مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و اطلاعات مرتبط با حجم بار ورودی و خروجی از فرودگاه‌ها نمایان شده‌اند. در نهایت، مقایسه بین حمل‌ونقل هوایی بار داخلی و بین‌المللی انجام شده و تحلیلی از عملکرد شرکت‌های هواپیمایی در این دو حوزه ارائه شده است. برای توسعه حمل‌ونقل هوایی بار در ایران و افزایش کارایی این صنعت، راهکارهایی ازجمله جذب سرمایه‌گذارهای داخلی و خارجی، توسعه توافق‌نامه‌های آسمان آزاد با دیگر کشورها، بهره‌گیری از موقعیت جغرافیایی ویژه ایران برای ایجاد کریدورهای جنوب به شمال و غرب به شرق در منطقه، کاهش هزینه‌های حمل‌ونقل باری با واگذاری بخش حمل‌ونقل فرودگاه‌ها به شرکت‌های هواپیمایی پیشنهاد‌‌شده است.

over the past four thousand years, the history of transportation began with pack animals and sailing boats and evolved with the invention of the wheel and steam engine. air transport, with the ability to quickly cover long distances, has its own advantages and challenges. the volume of air freight transportation in iran is relatively low compared to overall transportation, and there is a need to reduce costs and increase innovation. air transport plays a crucial role in transporting valuable or time-sensitive goods in global trade. the status of air freight transportation in iran has been examined in three main sections. first, the trend of transported volume, both domestically and internationally, has been recounted over the past decade, and consequently, information regarding the performance and market share of airlines in this sector has been discussed. additionally, the role of airports (cities) in air freight transportation has been scrutinized, and data related to the volume of incoming and outgoing cargo from airports have been highlighted. finally, a comparison between domestic and international air freight transportation has been conducted, providing an analysis of the performance of airlines in these two domains. to develop air freight transportation in iran and enhance the efficiency of this industry, suggested solutions include attracting domestic and foreign investors, developing open skies agreements with other countries, leveraging iran's unique geographical position to establish north-south and east-west corridors in the region, and reducing cargo transportation costs by outsourcing the airport transportation sector to airline companies.
