تحلیلی بر نقش مولفه های یکپارچه پایداری در صنعت ساخت و ساز: مورد مطالعه پروژه های ساخت و ساز بندر امام خمینی

‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬ هدف از تحقیق حاضر تحلیلی بر نقش مولفه های یکپارچه پایداری در صنعت ساخت و ساز در پروژه های ساخت و ساز بندر امام خمینی می باشد. بدین منظور یک فرضیه اصلی و سه فرضیه فرعی تدوین شد. این پژوهش از منظر هدف پژوهشی کاربردی از نوع توسعه محور و از منظر روش شناسی به صورت توصیفی-تحلیلی (کمی) می باشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل متخصصین و کارشناسان ساخت و ساز سازمان نظام مهندسی بندر امام خمینی می باشد و حجم نمونه با توجه به جدول کرسی و مورگان به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده 120 نفر انتخاب شد. روش گردآوری اطلاعات به دو روش کتابخانه ای و میدانی می باشد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها در دو بخش آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، تحلیل رگرسیون و آزمون فریدمن توسط نرم‌افزار spss صورت گرفت. یافته ها حاکی از تایید فرضیات پژوهش در سطح معنی داری کمتر از 0.05 می باشد. بر این اساس شاخص های پایداری اقتصادی، پایداری اجتماعی و پایداری زیست محیطی بر موفقیت پروژه های ساخت و ساز تاثیرگذار می باشد.

an analysis of the role of integrated components of sustainability in the construction industry: the case study of imam khomeini port construction projects

the purpose of this research is to analyze the role of integrated components of sustainability in the construction industry in the construction projects of imam khomeini port. for this purpose, a main hypothesis and three sub-hypotheses were developed. from the point of view of the purpose of this research, it is a development-oriented applied research, and from the point of view of methodology, it is descriptive-analytical (quantitative). the statistical population of this research includes specialists and construction experts of the imam khomeini port engineering system organization, and the sample size was selected according to kersey and morgan's table by simple random sampling method of 120 people. the method of collecting information is library and field methods. data analysis was done in two parts, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics using pearson correlation coefficient, regression analysis and friedman test by spss software. the findings indicate the confirmation of research hypotheses at a significance level of less than 0.05. based on this, indicators of economic sustainability, social sustainability and environmental sustainability affect the success of construction projects.
