ارائه الگویی برای مدیریت ریسک در قرار داد‌‌‌‌‌‌های بین المللی

با توجه به مطالعات انجام شده در این ز‌ مینه، در صورت عدم داشتن شناخت و دانش کافی در حوزه مدیریت ریسک در قرارداد‌‌‌‌‌‌های بین‌المللی، مدیریت ریسک‌ می‌‌تواند به یکی از چالش‌برانگیزترین بخش‌‌‌‌‌‌‌های اجرای یک پروژه تبدیل شود. مدیریت ریسک در پنج مرحله انجام‌ می‌‌شود: شناسایی ریسک، ارزیابی ریسک، استراتژی‌‌‌‌‌‌‌های ریسک و نظارت و بررسی. روش تحقیق این پژوهش از نو کیفی، استقرایی‌ می‌‌باشد و از نظر جمع‌آوری منابع از روش اسنادی و کتابخان‌‌‌‌‌‌های استفاده شده است. با بررسی قرارداد‌‌‌‌‌‌های مختلف تجاری در حوزه بین‌الملل، جنبه‌‌‌‌‌‌‌های اصلی ترین ریسک‌‌‌‌‌‌‌ها شناسایی شده که شامل: ریسک‌‌‌‌‌‌‌های مالی، سیاسی، قوانین داخلی و بین‌المللی مرتبط با قرارداد‌‌‌‌‌‌های بین‌المللی، اینکوترمز‌‌‌‌‌‌ها و نوسانات ارزی و تحریم‌‌‌‌‌‌‌ها‌ می‌‌باشد،که با توجه به اطلاغات بدست آمده از جامع آماری مهمترین ریسک‌‌‌‌‌‌ها شناسایی،طبقه بندی و مورد تحلیل قرارگرقته خواهند شد،و همچنین چگونگی پاسخ به ریسک‌‌‌‌‌‌ها براساس نوع اثرگذاری آن‌‌‌‌‌‌ها بر حوزه قرارداد‌‌‌‌‌‌های بین المللی و براساس فاز‌‌‌‌‌‌های پروژه اولویت بندی شده اند؛سپس به مهمترین ریسک‌‌‌‌‌‌ها پاسخ داده شده است و در انت‌‌‌‌‌‌ها نیز الگویی برای پیاده سازی مدیریت ریسک برای قرارداد‌‌‌‌‌‌های پروژه‌‌‌‌‌‌‌های بین المللی پیشن‌‌‌‌‌‌هاد داده شده است. نتایج اینگونه بیان‌ می‌کند که ریسک‌‌‌‌‌‌های مستقیم بیشترین تاثیر را در قرارداد‌‌‌‌‌‌های بین المللی پروژه‌‌‌‌‌‌‌ها دارند.
