اولویت بندی عوامل موثر بر کارایی قطار شهری (مطالعه موردی: شهر تهران)

قطارهای شهری به‌عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین وسایل نقلیه عمومی در شهرها، با ترافیک و مسائل زیست‌محیطی مرتبط هستند. برای بهبود کارایی این سیستم‌ها، لازم است عوامل موثر بر کارایی آنها مورد بررسی و اولویت‌بندی قرار گیرند. این مقاله تلاش می‌کند تا عوامل مهم تاثیرگذار بر کارایی قطارهای شهری را شناسایی کند و اولویت‌بندی کند. در این مقاله، ابتدا به بررسی عوامل موثر بر کارایی قطارهای شهری پرداخته می‌شود که این عوامل شامل جنبه‌های مهمی چون فاصله زمانی، اتلاف وقت، ایمنی، مصرف انرژی، تعداد قطارها، مدیریت و برنامه‌ریزی، و رضایت مسافران می‌باشند؛ سپس، با استفاده از مطالعات موردی و تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌های جمع‌آوری شده از شهر تهران، عواملی که بیشترین تاثیر را بر کارایی داشته‌اند، اولویت‌بندی می‌شوند. نتایج نشان می‌دهند که در شرایط مختلف، عوامل مختلفی می‌توانند اولویت داشته باشند. در پایان، توصیه‌هایی برای بهبود کارایی قطارهای شهری ارائه می‌شود که می‌تواند به‌عنوان راهکارهای عملی برای مسئولین شهری، مدیران ترابری عمومی و سیاست‌گذاران موردنیاز برای بهبود عملکرد در سیستم‌های قطار شهری موثر باشد.

urban trains, as one of the most important public vehicles in cities, are related to traffic and environmental issues. to improve the efficiency of these systems, it is necessary to examine and prioritize the factors affecting their efficiency. this article tries to identify and prioritize the important factors affecting the efficiency of urban trains. in this article, the factors affecting the efficiency of urban trains are first examined, which include important aspects such as time interval, time wastage, safety, energy consumption, number of trains, management and planning, and passenger satisfaction; then, by using case studies and data analysis collected from tehran, the factors that have the greatest impact on efficiency are prioritized. the results show that in different conditions, different factors can have priority. in the end, recommendations for improving the efficiency of urban trains are presented, which can be effective as practical solutions for urban officials, public transport managers, and policymakers to improve the performance of urban train systems.
