مروری بر عوامل مرتبط با مدلسازی اطلاعات ساختمان و ارزیابی تاثیرات آن بر عملکرد پروژه های ساختمانی

مدل مدل سازی اطلاعات را می توان به عنوان یک فرآیند مجازی در نظر گرفت که تمام جنبه ها، رشته ها و سیستم های یک تاسیسات را در یک مدل مجازی واحد در بر می گیرد و به همه ذینفعان پروژه اجازه می دهد تا هنگام استفاده از فرآیندهای سنتی با دقت و کارایی بیشتری همکاری کنند.این مطالعه با مرور ادبیات به بررسی عوامل مرتبط با مدلسازی اطلاعات ساختمان موثر بر عملکرد می پرداخت. مرور ادبیات نشان داد عوامل مرتبط با مدلسازی اطلاعات می تواند بر عملکرد پروژه های ساختمانی از طربق صرفه جویی در هزینه و زمان، بهبود کار تیمی، مدیریت بهتر داده ها و درک بهتر پروژه.بهبود قابلیت ساخت، تجسم، بهره وری، کیفیت و دقت و ... تاثیر بگذارد. مدل سازی اطلاعات ساختمان (bim) مجموعه ای از فناوری ها، فرآیندها و سیاست ها است که ذینفعان متعددی را قادر می سازد تا به طور مشترک، یک تسهیلات را در فضای مجازی طراحی کنند. این یک فرایند مبتنی بر مدل سه بعدی هوشمند است، که معمولا نیاز به یک برنامه اجرای bim برای مالکان، معماران، مهندسان و پیمانکاران یا متخصصان ساخت و ساز دارد. مدل سازی اطلاعات ساختمان یا همان bim را می توان در طول چرخه عمر پروژه برای ایجاد وضوح و کارایی در ساخت و ساز ساختمان استفاده کرد.

an overview of the factors related to building information modeling and evaluating its effects on the performance of construction projects

the information modeling model can be considered as a virtual process that includes all aspects, disciplines and systems of a facility in a single virtual model and allows all project stakeholders to use the processes traditionally cooperate more accurately and efficiently.this study investigated the factors related to building information modeling affecting the performance by reviewing the literature. the literature review showed that factors related to information modeling can affect the performance of construction projects by saving time and money, improving teamwork, better data management, and better understanding of the project. improving the ability to build, visualize, productivity, quality, and accuracy. and ... to affect . building information modeling (bim) is a set of technologies, methods and policies that enable multiple stakeholders to collaboratively create a facility in the design space. it is an intelligent 3d model-based process, which usually requires a bim implementation plan for owners, architects, engineers and contractors or construction professionals. building information modeling or bim can be used throughout the project life cycle to create clarity and efficiency in building construction .
