بررسی عملکرد مسافری خطوط هوایی کشور ایران در 10سال اخیر

در طول 10 سال گذشته، عملکرد خطوط هوایی در زمینه مسافری تحت‌تاثیر عوامل گوناگونی قرار گرفته است. از همین ‌رو شاهد مطالعات بسیاری بر روی عوامل موثر بر عملکرد خطوط هوایی در زمینه مسافری در اقصی‌نقاط جهان هستیم، در ایران نیز مطالعات آماری قابل‌توجهی در این زمینه انجام شده است. در این تحقیق سعی‌ شده است که به کمک تعریف شاخص‌های آماری، مقایسه‌ای بین سال‌های 1391 تا 1401 برای خطوط هوایی ایران در زمینه مسافری انجام شود تا بتوان به کشف خلع‌های موجود دست‌یافت و چشم‌اندازی برای کارهای آینده ترسیم کرد. شاخص‌های تعریف شده در این مطالعه عبارت‌اند از تراکم مسافر در هر پرواز، درصد پرواز‌های تاخیردار، درصد پرواز‌های لغو‌ شده و تعداد پرواز‌های عبوری از فضای کشور. در نهایت مشاهده شد که ایران در 3 شاخص، تا حدودی قبل از حادثه کرونا عملکرد قابل‌قبولی ‌داشته است، اما بعد از حادثه ویروس کرونا، به‌خاطر عدم برنامه‌ریزی و آمادگی برای حوادث غیرمترقبه نظیر کرونا، تحت‌تاثیر حادثه کرونا قرار گرفته است و عملکرد‌ خطوط هوایی به‌شدت کاهش‌یافته است. پس خطوط هوایی نیاز به برنامه‌ریزی موثر و راهبردهایی برای جلوگیری از اثرات حادثه‌های ناگوار مانند کرونا دارند. به‌طور‌ کلی، تحولات این دهه نشان‌دهنده نیاز به انعطاف‌پذیری و توانایی پاسخ به چالش‌های پیش‌آمده در عرصه هوانوردی و حمل‌ونقل هوایی است.

an evaluation of the passenger performance of iranian airlines in the past 10 years

over the past 10 years, the performance of airlines in the passenger domain has been influenced by various factors. consequently, numerous studies have been conducted worldwide on the factors affecting the performance of airlines in passenger services, and iran has also seen significant statistical studies in this regard. in this research, an attempt has been made to conduct a comparative analysis of the years 2012 to 2022 for iranian airlines in the passenger domain, using defined statistical indices. the defined indices in this study include passenger density on each flight, the percentage of delayed flights, the percentage of canceled flights, and the number of flights passing through the country's airspace. it was observed that iran had acceptable performance in three indices until the onset of the covid-19 pandemic. however, after the pandemic, due to lack of planning and readiness for unforeseen events like covid-19, the airline performance has been severely impacted. hence, airlines need effective planning and strategies to prevent the adverse effects of unforeseen events such as the covid-19 pandemic. overall, the developments of this decade highlight the need for flexibility and the ability to respond to challenges in the aviation and air transportation industry.
