بررسی رابطه هوش استراتژیک و رهبری در اجرای استراتژی سازمانهای پروژه محور

هوش استراتژیک یکی از موارد بهینه سازی تصمیم گیری رهبران ارشد است. در خلال هم افزایی مدیریت دانش، هوش رقابتی و هوش تجاری از هوش استراتژیک به عنوان یکی از تعیین کنندگان کلیدی تصمیم گیری موفق یاد می‌شود که اطلاعات با ارزش افزوده و دانش لازم را برای تصمیم گیری‌های استراتژیک سازمانی فراهم می‌کند. روش پژوهش توصیفی- همبستگی و پیمایشی است که جامعه اماری آن 3000 نفر از خبرگان مدیریت پروژه و رهبران سازمان‌های صنعت ساخت و ساز که عضو انجمن مدیریت پروژه ایران هستند، می‌باشد و با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده و فرمول کوکران تعداد 341 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. این پژوهش از حیث هدف جزو تحقیقات کاربردی می‌باشد روش جمع آوری اطلاعات به صورت کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی است و به منظور گردآوری اطلاعات از ابزار پرسشنامه و مصاحبه استفاده شده و یافته‌های پژوهش با استفاده از روشهای آماری همبستگی و تحلیل رگرسیون مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گفت. پس از بررسی مفاهیم هوش استراتژیک و رهبری و مدیریت استراتژیک، نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بین هوش استراتژیک و رهبری و همچنین عوامل آنان با اجرای استراتژی در سازمان‌های پروژه محور ارتباط معناداری وجود دارد و با در نظر گرفتن ارتباط و تاثیر آنها بر روی اجرای استراتژی سازمان‌ها ضروری است که سازمان‌های پروژه محور با تغییر جزئی در سیستم رهبری سازمانی، از تفکر سیستمی استفاده نمایند و از سیستم‌های هوش مصنوعی برای اجرای استراتژی در پروژه‌های خود استفاده نمایند. از این رو هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه هوش استراتژیک و رهبری در اجرای استراتژی سازمان‌های پروژه محور است.

investigating the relationship between strategic intelligence and leadership in implementing the strategy of project-based organizations

strategic intelligence is one of the key factors in optimizing the decisions of senior leaders. during the synergy of knowledge management, competitive intelligence and business intelligence, strategic intelligence is mentioned as one of the key determinants of successful decision making that provides valuable information and knowledge necessary for strategic organizational decisions. the research method is descriptive-correlational and survey with a statistical population of 3,000 project management experts and leaders of construction industry organizations that are members of the iranian project management association. using simple random sampling method and cochran’s formula, 341 people statistical sample titles were selected. this research is one of the applied researches in terms of purpose. the method of data collection is library and field and in order to collect information, questionnaire and interview tools were used and the research findings were analyzed using statistical methods of correlation and regression analysis. after examining the concepts of strategic intelligence and leadership and strategic management, the results showed that there is a significant relationship between strategic intelligence and leadership and their factors with the implementation of strategy in project-oriented organizations and considering their relationship and impact on strategy implementation. organizations it is essential that project-oriented organizations use system thinking with a slight change in the organizational leadership system and use artificial intelligence systems to implement strategy in their projects. therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between strategic intelligence and leadership in implementing the strategy of project-based organizations.
