ارائه مدل توسعه دیپلماسی زیست‌محیطی با تاکید بر نقش شهرداری‌ها: بر اساس رویکرد گراندد تئوری

در شرایط متغیر و نامطمئن کنونی شهرداری‌ها باید منابع ملموس و ناملموس و قابلیت‌های درونی خود را گسترش داده تا بتوانند به تغییرات محیطی پاسخ دهند. لذا در صورتی می‌توانند به اهداف کلان و بلند مدت دست یابند که برنامه استراتژیک مدونی داشته باشند. در این پژوهش محقق به ارائه مدل توسعه دیپلماسی زیست‌محیطی با تاکید بر نقش شهرداری‌ها به روش داده بنیاد پرداخت. بر این اساس نمونه این پژوهش، آن دﺳﺘﻪ از ﻛﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎن و ﺧﺒﺮﮔﺎن ﻣﻄﻠﻊ محیط زیست، ﺗﺸﻜﻴﻞ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ ﻛﻪ ﻣﻲﺗﻮاﻧﺴﺘﻨﺪ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﺑﺎ ارزﺷﻲ را در اﺧﺘﻴﺎر ﭘﮋوﻫﺶﮔﺮ ﻗﺮار دﻫﻨﺪ. نمونه نظری مورد مصاحبه بر اساس روش نمونه‌گیری نظری و با استفاده از روش هدفمند، ابتدا تعداد 6 نفر به ‌عنوان نمونه هدفمند اولیه پژوهش و در نهایت از 19 نفر مصاحبه شد تا اینکه مدل به اشباع تئوریک رسید. نرم افزار مورد استفاده جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها maxqda می باشد. یافته‌های اصلی پژوهش در دو بخش چارچوب مفهومی و مدل مفهومی ارائه شده است. در این مدل بر عوامل داخلی موثر بر بهره‌وری مانند نیروی انسانی‌، سرمایه‌های فکری و همچنین بستر و ساختار فناوری مدنظر قرار داده است، این مدل باعث افزایش بهره وری مدیریت دانش شهرداری و عملکرد اقتصادی شد. همچنین بدون به‌کارگیری استراتژی‌های مناسب در سازمان تحقق استراتژی زیست محیطی در شهرداری با چالش روبرو می‌گردد، از طرف دیگر محقق بیان می‌دارد کاربرد استراتژی زیست محیطی در زنجیره خدمات شهرداری، پیشبرد رویه‌های مذکور را تسریع می‌بخشد.

presenting a model for the development of environmental diplomacy with emphasis on the role of municipalities: based on the grounded theory approach

urban modernization as one of the solutions; the measure is in the face of widespread wear and tear of worn-out tissues. social capital, including values such as trust, participation, and solidarity in the residential sector, is a concept that has become particularly important in the process of urban renewal in recent decades. participation in the renovation of dilapidated structures is influenced by various factors, the most important of which are the social, cultural and cultural capital. the paper aimed to investigate the role of capital ‌ social-cultural on the participation of gonbad and gorgani citizens in the renovation of the worn-out texture. theoretical framework based on patent theories; coleman and bourdieu. research methods; survey and data collection tools are questionnaires. sampling by clustering method and sample size is 382 residents of worn-out tissue.the findings show that socio-cultural capital has a positive effect on the participation of residents. social trust index; sense of cooperation; social cohesion and introverted and extroverted social capital; cultural capital is objectified by cultural capital indicators; embodied cultural capital; institutionalized cultural capital has had the greatest impact on the participation of residents in the reconstruction of worn-out tissue.
