بررسی میزان مناسب بودن فضای شهری برای حضور افراد کم‌توان و ناتوان (نمونه مطالعاتی: خیابان انقلاب اسلامی تهران)

افزایش حضورپذیری در فضاهای شهری به عوامل مختلفی بستگی دارد. افراد کم‌توان و ناتوان به علت محدودیت‌های جسمی - حرکتی، معمولاً نمی‌توانند به‌تنهایی در فضاهای همگانی حضور یابند. یکی از مهم‌ترین عواملی که باعث حضور شهروندان با هر میزان توانایی جسمی - حرکتی، در فضای شهری می‌شود، مناسب‌سازی فضاها است. ازاین‌رو هدف این پژوهش بررسی مشکلات افراد کم‌توان و ناتوان در فضای شهری و ارائه پیشنهاداتی در جهت رفع آنها می‌باشد؛ لذا پس از مطالعه منابع کتابخانه‌ای و انجام مصاحبه با ده نفر از کارشناسان و متخصصان، به بررسی و تحلیل وضع موجود با انجام برداشت میدانی و با استفاده از شیوه qspm پرداخته شده است. پس از انجام تحلیل و باتوجه‌به بررسی‌های انجام شده، مشکلات اصلی در این محور: عدم دسترسی مناسب به ایستگاه‌های حمل‌ونقل، ساختمان‌های عمومی و خیابان‌ها و تقاطع‌ها می‌باشد. در ادامه به‌منظور رفع مشکلات موجود، راهبردها و راهکارهای اجرایی ارائه شده است. نتیجه به‌دست‌آمده از این مقاله نشان می‌دهد که با اجرای راهکارهایی همچون مناسب‌سازی ایستگاه‌های حمل‌ونقل، خیابان‌ها و تقاطع‌ها و ساختمان‌های عمومی موجود برای استفاده افراد کم‌توان و ناتوان، بازنگری محور مطالعاتی بر اساس ضوابط شهرسازی و بهبود کفسازی خصوصاً موزاییک‌های مخصوص نابینایان، می‌توان به افزایش حضور شهروندان به‌ویژه افراد کم‌توان و ناتوان کمک کرد.

assessing the suitability of urban space for the presence of disabled people (case study: enghelab st., tehran)

increasing the attendance in urban spaces depends on several factors. people with disabilities are usually unable to attend public spaces alone due to physical disabilities. one of the most significant factors that cause citizens to come in urban spaces with any degree of physical-motor ability is the public space adaptation. therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the problems of disabled people in urban areas and provide suggestions to solve them. after studying the library resources and conducting interviews with ten experts and specialists, the current situation has been studied and analyzed by conducting field surveys and using the qspm technique. using the analysis and according to the studies, the main problems in this area are lack of proper access to transportation stations, public buildings and streets, and intersections. the result obtained from this article shows that by implementing the following strategies, we can help increase the attendance of citizens, especially the disabled. solutions include adapting existing transportation stations, streets and intersections, and existing public buildings for use by the disabled, revising the case study design based on urban planning criteria, and improving flooring, especially mosaics for the blind.
