واکاوی و ارزیابی تجارب مداخله در بافت مرکزی شهر اسفراین

در دو دهه‌ی اخیر رویکردهایی در سظح جهانی مطرح شدند که به دنبال احیاء و ترویج محلاتی شهری می باشند که ما در گذشته آن‌ها را تجربه کرده، اما امروزه به دلایلی نظیر بی توجهی به برنامه‌ریزی در این مقیاس از شهر متزلزل شده اند. لذا این پژوهش با انتخاب یک نمونه موردی)بافت مرکزی شهر اسفراین) و بکارگیری تجربیات موفق در سطح جهانی، به دنبال احیای مفهوم مرکز محله و بازگشت به ویژگی‌های محلات قدیمی در قسمت‌های مرکزی شهر که دارای موقعیت منحصر به فردی هستند، می‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ روش ترکیبی(توصیفی-تحلیلی) محسوب می گردد. در این روش در کنار برداشت میدانی از روش‌های دیگری نظیر مشاهده، مصاحبه و... در گردآوری اطلاعات استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری بافت مرکزی شهر اسفراین می‌باشند که بعد از تعیین مرز دقیق بافت، نمونه‌گیری در هر یک از قسمت‌های بافت به صورت احتمالی و با روش نمونه گیری غیرهدفمند انجام گردید. در تعیین مرز بافت موجود در بافت مرکزی شهر، سه عامل ساختار حرکتی شهروندان در نشانه‌های مرکزی بافت، رویکرد تصویر ذهنی و سابقه کالبدی محلات مورد توجه قرار گرفته و در ادامه به منظور انجام برنامه‌ریزی در بافت مرکزی با استفاده از تجارب جهانی و پیشینه پژوهش به ابعاد اجتماعی، اقتصادی، کالبدی و زیست محیطی رسیده و با استفاده از روش‌های آمار توصیفی، سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی و تحلیل فازی (fuzzy anp) مورد تجریه و تحلیل قرار گرفته است. نتایج نشان می دهند.

the analysis of intervention experiences in central texture of the city esfarayen

some global approaches have been presented in two previous decades which seek to revive and promote urban neighborhoods we has experienced in the past but has been concussed due to inattention to urban planning. this research selected one case study such as sfarayen central texture and applied successful global experiences in order to revive the concept of neighbourhood center and return to ancient neighborhoods in central parts of the city which have some unique features. this research is regarded as combined method ( descriptive- analytic ). this method has used observation, interview besides field analyses in collecting information. statistical population is the central texture of sfarayen. the sampling of textures has been used probably and by non-targeted sampling after determining exact boundary of the texture. three factors such as moving structure of the citizens in central signs of the texture, mental approach image and physical history of the neighborhoods are very important in determining texture boundary inside central texture of the city then social, economic, physical and environmental has been regarded in order to plan in central texture by using global experiences and research backgrounds and geographical information systems and fuzzy analysis has been analyzed by descriptive statistics methods . the results show that the major reasons for the failure of upward designs in solving the problems of central texture is the marginalization with focusing on quantitative measures such as population and area .
