ارزیابی توان اکوتوریستی پارک چمران‌کرج با استفاده از مدلswot و ماتریس‌ذی‌نفعان

این مقاله با هدف بررسی قابلیت‌های اکوتوریسمی پارک شهید دکتر مصطفی چمران کرج به‌عنوان یک منطقه‌ تفرجی سرسبز و مدرن نگاشته می‌شود و تلاش می‌شود این منطقه به‌عنوان یک منطقه اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و اکولوژیکی مورد ارزیابی قرار‌ گیرد. جهت رسیدن به اهداف، در مقاله حاضر از دو الگوی برنامه‌ریزی راهبردی جهت ارایه راهکارهای مدیریتی استفاده می‌شود که مدل‌های swot و ماتریس ذی‌نفعان نام دارند. نتایج نشان داد که نقاط قوت با امتیاز وزنی 3.25، فرصت‌ها 2.52، نقاط ضعف 1.94 و تهدید‌ها 1.7 بترتیب در جایگاه‌های اول تا چهارم قرار گرفتند. سپس با بررسی نمودار وضعیت مدیریت گردشگری برای هرگروه پنج استراتژی مشخص شد که حالت تهاجمی- رقابتی به‌عنوان موثرترین و پس از آن استراتژی‌های تنوع‌بخشی، بازنگری و تدافعی به‌ترتیب دومین تا چهارمین گروه شناخته شدند. لذا راهبرد تنوع بخشی با عنوان مقابله با تغییر کاربری اراضی درمقابل اصناف با امتیاز وزنی 56 به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین اولویت در بکارگیری راهبرد‌ها مشخص‌ شد. با توجه به امتیازهای ذکر شده، منطقۀ تفرجی مورد نظر نیازمند برطر ف کردن ضعف های خود و افزایش امتیاز قوت های خود است. بنابراین، با ارزیابی قابلیت های اکوتوریسمی این منطقه این امکان فراهم می شود تا شرایط مدیریت اکوتوریسمی پارک چمران بررسی شده و این منطقه به عنوان یکی از مقاصد گردشگری در شهر کرج معرفی گردد

evaluating ecotourism capability of karaj chamran park using swot method and stakeholder matrix

ecotourism is one of the fastest growing trends in the worldwide tourism industry. the environment has an intrinsic value which outweighs its value as a tourism asset. it is also agreed upon by environmental experts that the three elements, viz., political acceptability, social responsibility and sound environment with a perfect balance between quality and quantity, in tourism development, promotion, can ensure quality tourism and also it is one of the fastest growing trends in the worldwide tourism industry. this paper is inscribed with the aim of investigating ecotourism capabilities in chamran park as a green and modern recreational region and tried to evaluate this region as an economic, social, cultural, ecological area. for regarding to the purposes, use two types of strategic management method that are utilized to analyze management solutions are called swot method and stakeholder matrix. the results of weighted scores was represented that strength points with weighted scores of 3.25, opportunities with weighted scores 2.52, weakness points with weighted scores 1.94 and threats with weighted scores 1.7 were located in the order of first to fourth positions. thus, it is afforded to process ecotourism management condition of chamran park by evaluating ecotourism capabilities of this region and introduce this region as one of the suburban and urban tourism destinations in karaj city.
