بررسی اندیشه تمدنی شهید بهشتی در بُعد فقهی - سیاسی

تمدن‌سازی نوین اسلامی از مفاهیم مطرح در دوران معاصر هست که به دنبال نوسازی تمدن اسلامی بر پایه آموزه‌های اسلامی است. انقلاب اسلامی ایران را می توان یکی از گام‌های عملی در جهت تحقق این هدف دانست. از بنیانگذاران و پشتوانه‌های فکری این انقلاب، آیت الله بهشتی است. با این حال، اندیشه‌های ایشان از بُعد تمدن سازی نوین اسلامی هنوز واکاوی و بررسی نشده است. در این پژوهش به دنبال پاسخ به این سوال هستیم که ایشان در بعد اندیشه‌ای به عنوان یک شخصیت سیاسی و فقهی برجسته، چه نگاهی به تمدن نوین اسلامی داشته و اندیشه‌های ایشان در رابطه با تمدن‌سازی نوین اسلامی، چه مولفه‌ها و ویژگی‌هایی داشته است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد اگرچه شهید بهشتی به صراحت در خصوص تمدن اظهار نظر نکرده است؛ اما بر اساس آثار علمی به جای مانده و نیز مبارزات انقلابی ایشان میان اندیشه و عمل ایشان با مولفه‌های تمدن‌سازی نسبت‌های معناداری وجود دارد. ایشان در بُعد نظری با توجه به مطالعات فلسفی خود، قائل به تبیین فلسفی از سیاست توحیدی بود و اندیشه سیاسی حکومت در اسلام و مصادیق حاکمیت در آن را از جنبه سیاسی تمدن‌سازی نوین اسلامی مورد توجه قرار داده است. در بُعد فقهی عمده تلاش شهید بهشتی معطوف بر تبیین فقهی اصل ولایت فقیه به مثابه نظریه غایی حاکمیت شیعه در عصر غیبت بوده است. در بُعد عملی نیز شهید بهشتی از پیشتازان تمدن سازی اسلامی از منظر سیاسی در زمان حیات خود بوده است؛ به گونه‌ای که ضمن ایجاد نهادهای مدنی در نظام اسلامی به پیاده سازی فقه سیاسی اسلام در جامعه اقدام کرده‌اند.

investigating the civilizational thought of shahid beheshti in the jurisprudential-political dimension

modern islamic civilization-building is a concept in contemporary times aimed at revitalizing islamic civilization based on islamic teachings. the islamic revolution of iran can be seen as a practical step towards achieving this goal. one of the founders and intellectual pillars of this revolution is ayatollah beheshti. however, his ideas regarding modern islamic civilization-building have yet to be thoroughly examined and analyzed. this study seeks to answer the question of how he, as a prominent political and religious figure, viewed modern islamic civilization and what elements and characteristics his thoughts contained in relation to civilization-building.the research findings indicate that although martyr beheshti did not explicitly state opinions about civilization, there are meaningful connections between his thoughts and actions and the components of civilization-building, based on his surviving scholarly works and revolutionary activities. in the theoretical dimension, based on his philosophical studies, he advocated for a philosophical explanation of monotheistic politics and focused on the political thought of governance in islam and its examples from the political aspect of modern islamic civilization-building.in the jurisprudential dimension, martyr beheshti’s primary efforts were focused on the jurisprudential explanation of the principle of the guardianship of the islamic jurist (wilayat al-faqih) as the ultimate theory of shiite governance in the era of occultation. practically, martyr beheshti was a pioneer of islamic civilization-building from a political perspective during his lifetime, establishing civil institutions within the islamic system and implementing islamic political jurisprudence in society.
