فراترکیب پیشران‌های توسعه سیاسی در مناطق چند قومی ایران بسترساز تمدن نوین اسلامی

گوناگونی قومی و نحوه تعامل نهاد دولت با تکثر فرهنگی از دیرباز به عنوان یکی از مسائل اصلی جامعه ی ایرانی مطرح بوده است. پژوهش حاضر در تلاش است تا با روش فراترکیب به شناسایی پیشران های توسعه سیاسی در مناطق چندقومی ایران به عنوان بسترساز تمدن نوین اسلامی بپردازد. جستجو در پایگاه semantic scholar با کلید واژه های توسعه سیاسی ، توسعه قومی و قومیت نشان داد که تعداد 356 مطالعه ی معتبر منتشر شده در مجلات علمی کشور وجود دارد. براساس پروتکل prisma، تعداد 66 مقاله علمی جهت انجام فراترکیب با استفاده از نرم افزار maxqda12 در سبد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته های حاصل از مطالعات مبنا مبتنی بر ‌مولفه‌های سیاسی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی، تاریخی و جغرافیایی بود. براین اساس پیشران های توسعه ی سیاسی در مناطق چندقومی ایران شامل نوزده بعد و 48 شاخص بود. همچنین پیشران‌های توسعه سیاسی برای ساخت تمدن نوین اسلامی در اندیشه مقام معظم رهبری  شامل سیزده بعد و  25 شاخص بودند. با بررسی این شاخص‎ها در  مولفه‌های مختلف، فراترکیب «مدارا، عدالت و همگرایی سیاسی با تاکید بر هویت اسلامی ایرانی» به عنوان  پیشران‌ توسعه سیاسی در  مناطق چندقومی ایران عنوان گردید و  کارویژه آن در «بصیرت‌افزایی سیاسی و حکمرانی مطلوب اسلامی با احترام به اصل وحدت در کثرت» است

ethnic diversity and the way the state interacts with cultural plurality have long been central issues in iranian society. this study aims to identify the drivers of political development in iran’s multi-ethnic regions as a foundation for a new islamic civilization using a meta-synthesis approach. a search in the semantic scholar database using the keywords political development, ethnic development, and ethnicity revealed 356 valid studies published in reputable academic journals. according to the prisma protocol, 66 scientific articles were selected for meta-synthesis, analyzed using maxqda 12 software. the findings from the foundational studies were based on political, economic, social, cultural, historical, and geographical components. accordingly, the drivers of political development in iran’s multi-ethnic regions included nineteen dimensions and 48 indicators. additionally, the political development drivers for building a new islamic civilization, as conceptualized by the supreme leader, encompassed thirteen dimensions and 25 indicators. by examining these indicators across various components, the meta-synthesis identified tolerance, justice, and political convergence with an emphasis on iranian islamic identity as the drivers of political development in iran’s multi-ethnic regions, with its operational role expressed as enhancing political insight and optimal islamic governance while respecting the principle of unity in diversity.
