درآمدی بر الگوی مدیریت راهبردی دانش در تراز تمدن نوین اسلامی

این مقاله به تحلیل و ارائه یک الگوی جامع برای مدیریت راهبردی دانش در تراز انقلاب اسلامی می‌پردازد و بر اهمیت این مدیریت به‌عنوان ابزاری کلیدی در تحقق تمدن نوین اسلامی تاکید می‌کند. در عصر حاضر، انقلاب اسلامی با چالش‌های پیچیده و متنوعی مواجه است که نیازمند یک رویکرد منسجم و مبتنی بر دانش است. در این راستا، دانش‌های وارداتی غربی که بر مبانی مادی و غیرالهی بنا شده‌اند، قادر به تامین نیازهای واقعی انقلاب اسلامی نیستند. از این‌رو، ضرورت تولید و مدیریت دانش‌هایی که ریشه در اصول توحیدی و اسلامی دارند، امری حیاتی به شمار می‌آید. این پژوهش با استفاده از روش‌های کیفی، داده‌های مربوط به بیانات رهبر معظم انقلاب و ادبیات مدیریت دانش را مورد بررسی قرار می‌دهد. الگوی پیشنهادی شامل سه بعد اصلی است: تولید دانش، توزیع دانش و کاربست دانش. این ابعاد به‌گونه‌ای طراحی شده‌اند که به تحقق اهداف کلان انقلاب اسلامی، از جمله خودسازی، جامعه‌سازی و تمدن‌سازی یاری رسانند. علاوه بر این، الگوی مدیریت راهبردی دانش شامل سه رکن کلیدی می‌شود: ارکان جهت‌ساز، قابلیت‌ساز و اجرایی. این ارکان نه‌تنها به هدایت و توسعه ظرفیت‌های لازم برای تولید و توزیع دانش کمک می‌کنند، بلکه بر اجرای موثر این دانش در تراز انقلاب اسلامی تاکید دارند و به هم‌افزایی و انسجام در فرآیند مدیریت دانش می‌پردازند. نتیجه‌گیری مقاله نشان می‌دهد که برای تحقق اهداف انقلاب اسلامی و توسعه تمدن نوین اسلامی، مدیریت راهبردی دانش باید به‌طور جامع و منسجم با مبانی اسلامی عمل کند. این مدیریت نه‌تنها باید به تولید دانش‌های نوین بومی بپردازد، بلکه باید از تجربیات گذشته نیز بهره‌برداری کرده و این دانش‌ها را به‌طور موثر در سطوح مختلف اجتماعی و فرهنگی به‌کار گیرد. با اتخاذ این رویکرد، می‌توان به آینده‌ای روشن و پایدار برای جامعه اسلامی دست یافت.

an introduction to the strategic knowledge management model in the context of the new islamic civilization

this article analyzes and presents a comprehensive model for strategic knowledge management in the context of the islamic revolution, emphasizing the importance of this management as a key tool for achieving a new islamic civilization. in the present era, the islamic revolution faces complex and diverse challenges that require a coherent and knowledge-based approach. in this regard, western imported knowledge, which is founded on materialistic and non-divine principles, is unable to meet the real needs of the islamic revolution. therefore, the necessity of producing and managing knowledge rooted in monotheistic and islamic principles becomes vital. this research examines data related to the statements of the supreme leader and the literature on knowledge management using qualitative methods. the proposed model includes three primary dimensions: knowledge production, knowledge distribution, and knowledge application. these dimensions are designed to support the overarching goals of the islamic revolution, including self-building, community-building, and civilization-building. additionally, the model of strategic knowledge management encompasses three key pillars: guiding, capability-building, and operational pillars. these pillars not only assist in directing and developing the necessary capacities for knowledge production and distribution but also emphasize the effective implementation of this knowledge within the framework of the islamic revolution, focusing on synergy and coherence in the knowledge management process. the conclusion of the article indicates that to achieve the goals of the islamic revolution and develop a new islamic civilization, strategic knowledge management must operate comprehensively and coherently with islamic principles. this management should not only focus on producing new indigenous knowledge but also leverage past experiences, effectively applying this knowledge across various social and cultural levels. by adopting this approach, a bright and sustainable future for the islamic community can be achieved.
