عقلانیت مدنی از دیدگاه قرآن کریم

امور اجتماعی و مدنی در تعالیم اسلامی، به ویژه در قرآن کریم از اهمیت فوق العاده ای برخوردار است. اصولاً در اسلام، سعادت فردی در گرو ساماندهی و ارتقاء اجتماعی است. در این جهت، عمده آیات قرآن به درجات گوناگون به هدایت های اساسی در امور اجتماعی اختصاص یافته است. با توجه به تلقی عامی که در این مقاله از عقلانیت اسلامی ارائه شده است، می توان با یک رویکرد کلان، آیات کلیدی‌تر قرآن در عرصه اجتماعی و مدنی را به مثابه زیرساخت و طبقات زیرین ساختمان عقلانیت مدنیِ قرآن توصیف کرد. در این مقاله، ضمن روشن سازی مفاهیم اصلی، با روش میان رشته‌ای ( اندیشه سیاسی-تفسیر ) یک تصویر نسبتاً جامع از عقلانیت مدنی قرآن ترسیم شده است. هدف اصلی از ترسیم چنین تصویری، شناخت تمایزات عقلانیت مدنی قرآن با سایر عقلانیت ها اعم از دینی و غیر دینی است. علاوه بر این، ترسیم عقلانیت مدنی قرآن می‌تواند در انواع پژوهش‌هایی که در زمینه اندیشه سیاسی از منظر قرآن  و تمدن نوین اسلامی انجام می شود، نقش چارچوب را داشته باشد.  براساس یافته‌های پژوهش، اصول عقلانیت مدنی در قرآن شامل اصول نظری و اصول عملی می‌شود. اصول نظری عبارتند از: خردورزی فطری، توحید، معنا و هدفداری عالم، اختیار انسان، بدن و روح، نبوت و هدایت تشریعی، جامعیت، کمال و هماهنگی آموزه‌های دین، دنیا و آخرت، دین و سیاست، امامت. اصول عملی نیز شامل: نفی سبیل، جهاد، عقل ابزاری و علم، حکمرانی شایسته‌سالار و علمی، آزادی و مشارکت، نظم اجتماعی، تعاون و همکاری، عدالت اجتماعی، امربه معروف و نهی از منکر، تربیت اجتماعی می‌شود.

social and civil affairs are extremely important in islamic teachings. basically, in islam, individual happiness depends on social improvement. in this regard, most of the verses of the qur’an are dedicated to basic guidance in social affairs to varying degrees. according to the general perception of islamic rationality, it has been presented and with a macro approach, it has described the key verses of the quran in the social arena as the infrastructure of the civil rationality of the quran. in this article, while clarifying the main concepts, a relatively comprehensive picture of the civic rationality of the quran has been drawn with an interdisciplinary method. the main purpose of drawing such a picture is to know the differences between the civil rationality of the quran and other rationalities. in addition, delineating the civic rationality of the quran can be a framework in all kinds of researches that are carried out in the field of political thought from the perspective of the quran and modern islamic civilization. based on the findings of the research, the principles of civil rationality in the quran include theoretical principles and practical principles. the theoretical principles are: innate wisdom, monotheism, meaning and purposefulness of the world, free will of man, body and soul, prophecy and legislative guidance, comprehensiveness, perfection and harmony of the teachings of religion, world and hereafter, religion and politics, and imamat practical principles also include: rejection of mustache, jihad, instrumental reason and science, meritocratic and scientific governance, freedom and participation, social order, cooperation and cooperation, social justice, commanding what is good and forbidding what is bad, and social education.
