روش شناسی علم دینی؛ نقدِ روش شناختیِ الگوی حکمی- ‌اجتهادی

تحقق تمدن نوین اسلامی بدون عنصر دانش نو و آن نیز بدون مطالعات علوم انسانیِ اسلامی شدنی نیست. یکی از خلاء های مطالعات علوم انسانیِ اسلامی امروز مطالعات روش شناسی بوده و الگوی حکمی اجتهادی به عنوان یکی از روش های علوم انسانیِ اسلامی محل بحث و نقد و بررسی علمی است. از سوی دیگر، «نقد علمی»، تحلیل و ارزیابی امتیازات و کاستی‌های یک اثر علمی است و بر این اساس در مقالۀ پیش رو به نقد علمیِ الگوی حکمی- اجتهادی علوم اجتماعی اسلامی، و ارزیابیِ نقاط امتیاز و کاستی های آن پرداخته می شود. مواردی مانند: اهتمام به نظریه پردازی، اهتمام به مسالۀ علم دینی، ضرب در سنّت فلسفی صدرایی و سنت اجتهادی، توجه به جنبه های روش شناختی، اهتمام به نظریه پردازی و به روزسازی الگو در ذیل نقاط قوت مطرح شده و همچنین نقاط ضعف به دو دسته نقاط ضعف ساختاری و محتوایی تقسیم می شوند مانند: فقدان تعریف جامع و مرزگذاری مفاهیم، عدم نظام مندی نسبت الگو با طبقه بندی علوم، پَرش های ساختاری، نحوه تلقی از علوم اجتماعی، اغتشاش مفهومی، معیار نظریه معرفت شناختی، و مسائل روشی. در این پژوهش از روش تحلیلی – انتقادی بهره بردیم و در نهایت بر این نکته تاکید شده که همواره نقدهای متدیک(روش شناختی) برنقدهای محتوایی مقدّم هستند چرا که از چگونگی شکل گیری ساختار علمی یک پژوهش سخن می گویند و تا چارچوبی روشمند تنظیم نشود، راهی به سوی سرزدن یک اندیشه، دیدگاه، یا نظریه علمی باز نخواهد شد.

scientific criticism is the analysis and evaluation of the merits and shortcomings of a scientific work, and based on this, in the upcoming article, we will discuss the scientific criticism of the judgmental model of islamic social sciences and the evaluation of its merits and shortcomings. things like: attention to theorizing, attention to the issue of religious science, multiplication in the sadra’i philosophical tradition and ijtihad tradition, attention to methodological aspects, attention to theorizing and updating the model are mentioned under the strengths and also the weaknesses to two the categories of structural and content weaknesses are divided such as: lack of comprehensive definition and demarcation of concepts, lack of systematization of model ratio with classification of sciences, structural jumps, the way social sciences are perceived, conceptual confusion, criteria of epistemological theory, and methodological issues. in this research, we used the analytical-critical method and finally it was emphasized that methodical (methodological) criticisms are always ahead of content criticisms because they talk about how the scientific structure of a research is formed and until a methodical framework is set, there is no way it will not be open to the entry of a scientific thought, point of view, or theory.
