الزامات جامعه نخبگانی در تحقق تمدن نوین اسلامی (برپایه بیانات رهبر معظم انقلاب)

تحقق تمدن نوین اسلامی به عنوان آرمانی ترین هدف نظام اسلامی، محققان تمدن ‌پژوه را واداشته تا هریک به فراخور معلوماتی که دارند با طرح و بسط تحقیقات پیرامون این فرایند، سهمی ایفا کنند. بر این پایه، جهت‌دهی مطالعات تمدنی به سمت وسویی که بیشترین ره آورد را داشته باشد، امری ضروری است. نقش «جامعه نخبگانی» در آینده تمدنی اسلام به عنوان یکی از مهم ترین پیشران های شتاب‌بخش در روند تحولات و حرکت ‌های تمدنی آن ‌گونه که باید روشن نیست و پرداختن به آن تا حدودی مغفول مانده و به ‌رغم جستجوهای نگارنده تحقیقی مبسوط در این زمینه یافت نشد. از سویی دیگر، نیک می دانیم که رهبر معظم انقلاب به عنوان یکی از دغدغه ‌مندان آتیه تمدن اسلامی، در بسیاری از مناسبات، نخبگانِ گوناگون را محور بیانات باریک ‌اندیشانه خویش قرار داده ‌اند و مواردی را به عنوان بایسته های نخبگانی مطرح ساخته ‌اند. ازاین‌رو، نوشته حاضر ضمن تاکید بر گونه شناسی نخبگانی، می کوشد با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی به این پرسش اصلی پاسخ دهد: برپایه بیانات رهبر معظم انقلاب جامعه نخبگانی با چه الزاماتی در مسیر تحقق تمدن نوین اسلامی روبروست؟ مورد کاوی ها نشان می دهد؛ ارتقای معنویت، شتاب بخشی به حرکت علمی، استقلال فکری، وحدت افزایی، دشمن‌شناسی، بصیرت افزایی، الگو سازی، گفتمان آزاد اندیشی و قانون مداری عناصری نُه گانه هستند که برای تحقق هدف یادشده، جامعه نخبگانی ملزَم به همسویی با آن‌هاست. در این میان، نقش «نخبگان سیاسی» از دیگر گونه های نخبگانی برجسته تر است.

typology and requirements of the elite society and its role in the realization of modern islamic civilization (based on the statements of ayatollah khamenei)

the realization of the modern islamic civilization as the most ideal goal of the islamic system has forced the researchers of civilization to play a part by planning and expanding the research about this process by using the information they have. on this basis, it is necessary to direct civilizational studies in the direction that has the most results. the role of elite society in the future of islamic civilization as one of the most important accelerators in the process of civilizational developments and movements is not as clear as it should be, and it has been neglected to some extent, and no extensive research was found in this field despite the author’s searches. on the other hand, we know very well that the supreme leader of the revolution, as one of those who are concerned about the future of islamic civilization, has made various elites the focus of his narrow-minded statements in many occasions and has raised some issues as elites’ needs. therefore, while emphasizing the typology of elites and their ranking, this article tries to answer this main question with the method of content analysis: based on the statements of the supreme leader of the revolution, what requirements does the elite society face on the way to the realization of the new islamic civilization? the case studies show nine elements that the elite society must align with in order to achieve the aforementioned goal. meanwhile, the role of political elites is more prominent than other types of elites.
