چشم‌انداز تمدن نوین جهانی از دیدگاه آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای

نظام آرمانی و چشم‎انداز تمدن نوین جهانی مورد نظر آیت‎الله خامنه‎ای در روابط بین‎الملل را در دو مرحله می‎توان مورد توجه قرار داد: مرحله اول شکل‎گیری نظم مطلوب جهانی از طریق هم‎گرایی بین‎المللی و تاسیس جامعه جهانی است که شهروندان آن حتی‎المقدور در سایه عدالت و امنیت زندگی کنند. آیت‎الله خامنه‎ای به تعامل و هم‎گرایی با کشورها و جامعه جهانی به‎عنوان یکی از اصول دیپلماسی نظام جمهوری اسلامی به‎ویژه در گام دوم انقلاب اشاره دارند. اما هم‎گرایی مورد نظر ایشان در جامعه جهانی زمانی تحقق می‎یابد که انسان‎ها در صلحی عادلانه کنار هم زندگی کنند؛ در مرحله دوم نظم مطلوب جهانی از طریق شکل‎گیری تمدن نوین اسلامی و تاسیس حکومت عدالت‎گستر جهانی مهدوی (عج) تحقق می‎یابد. ویژگی‎های این مرحله شکل‎گیری دولت واحد جهانی و تحقق آرزوی دیرین بشری مبنی بر تکامل و پیشرفت همراه با گسترش عدالت، معنویت و کرامت انسانی است. بازتاب این آرمان بزرگ را می‎توان به اشکال گوناگون در تمام ادیان الهی و مذاهب اسلامی جست‎وجو کرد. نتیجه حرکت عالم به سوی خیر و صلاح بشر شکل‎گیری جهانی متحد، پیشرفته و متمدن با تاسیس دولت حق خواهد بود؛ دولتی که به‎رغم مخالفت مستکبران عالم، درنهایت با فراهم کردن شرایط آن تحقق خواهد یافت.
