نقش نرم‌افزاری ولایت فقیه و فقه حکومتی در ایجاد تمدن نوین اسلامی

مطابق اندیشه امام خامنه‌ای، تشکیل تمدن نوین اسلامی، هدف غایی انقلاب اسلامی است. از سوی دیگر در دوران غیبت کبری و بر پایه نظریه ولایت فقیه، اسلامی‌ بودن حکومت و به دنبال آن شکل‌گیری تمدن اسلامی نوین، منوط به حاکمیت ولیّ فقیه است که تحقق این مهم نیز در پرتو بهره‌گیری از فقه حکومتی امکان‌پذیر است. پرسش این است که در منظومه اندیشه امام خامنه‌ای، «ولایت فقیه» و «فقه حکومتی» چه نوع نقشی در «تشکیل تمدن نوین اسلامی» دارند؟هدف مقاله توصیف میزان نقش «فقه حکومتی» و «ولایت فقیه» در «تمدن‌سازی نوین اسلامی» بر پایه اندیشه رهبر معظم انقلاب است، که برای این منظور با بهره‌گیری از روش تحلیل مضامین، به واکاوی این نقش در اندیشه آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای پرداخته‌ایم.یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد در منظومه فکری امام خامنه‌ای، همان‌گونه که ولایت فقیه و رویکرد فقه حکومتی در تحقق مرحله اول و دوم انقلاب اسلامی (انقلاب و نظام اسلامی)، ضروری و زیرساختی بوده‌اند، در تحقق آخرین مرحله از مراحل پنج‌‎گانه انقلاب، یعنی تمدن نوین اسلامی نیز نقش اساسی و محوری دارند.

according to the thought of imam khamenei, formation of the new islamic civilization is the ultimate goal of the islamic revolution. on the other hand, at the time of the major occultation and based on the theory of wilayat al-faqih, being an islamic government and as a result the formation of the new islamic civilization depends on the sovereignty of wali al-faqih and the realization of this important issue is possible in the light of utilizing governmental jurisprudence. however, the question is: what are the roles of wilayat al-faqih and governmental jurisprudence in the formation of the new islamic civilization in the thought of imam khamenei?the present article aims at describing the role of governmental jurisprudence and wilayat al-faqih in the formation of the new islamic civilization based on the thought of the supreme leader of the revolution, to do so, this role was analyzed in the thought of ayatollah khamenei by using thematic and content analysis method.the findings show that in the intellectual system of imam khamenei, as wilayat al-faqih and governmental jurisprudence approach were necessary and fundamental in the realization of the first and second stages of the islamic revolution (revolution and islamic system), they play basic and fundamental roles in the realization of the last stage of the five stages of the revolution, i.e. the new islamic civilization.
