کارکردهای دانشگاه‏ها در مراحل تمدن‌سازی نوین اسلامی

در طول تاریخ، مراکز علمی مهم‎ترین پیش‎ران‏ تمدن‏سازی بوده‏اند، اما با روند فراگیر‏ شدن رسانه‏های اجتماعی، سازمانی شدن و محدود ‏شدن برخی دانشگاه‏ها به مباحث کاربردی و تجارت و ارائه خدمات خاص، امکان عقب ماندن یا حذف دانشگاه‏ها از چرخه تمدن‏سازی وجود دارد. این در حالی است که کارکردگرایی عامل بقای نهاد‏ها در حال و آینده است. بررسی اغلب منابع نشان می‏دهد دانشگاه‏ها دو کارکرد مشترک تربیت و تولید علم را برای تمدن‏سازی نوین اسلامی دارند. در این تحقیق 27 کارکرد تمدنی دانشگاه‏ها از سی نمونه خبره جامعه آماری، به تناسب لایه‏های چهارگانه تحلیل لایه‏ای علت‏ها و به تفکیک دولت، جامعه و تمدن نوین اسلامی پیمایش و در همین قالب برای دانشگاه‏ها تبیین و چیدمان شده‏اند. کارکردهای چهارلایه و سه‎مرحله به هم وابسته‎اند و هم‎پوشانی دارند، اما کارکردهای مرحله دولت اسلامی از اهمیت و اولویت بیشتری برخوردارند.دانشگاه‏ها باید کارکردهای خود را در این موقعیت از انقلاب اسلامی، بازتعریف و بازمهندسی کنند. با کارکردها نباید تشریفاتی و شعاری برخورد کرد، بلکه هریک از کارکردها باید در تمام اسناد بالادستی، ساختارها و فرایندهای دانشگاه‏ها به طور سیستمی نهادینه شود.

functions of universities in the stages of novel islamic civilization

throughout history, scientific institutes have been the most important drivers of civilization, but with the pervasiveness of social media, some universities have become more organized and limited to practical and business topics and provide special services; it is possible for universities to lag behind or be removed from the cycle of civilization. functionalism, on the other hand, is a factor in the survival of present and future institutions. an examination of most sources shows that universities have two common functions of education and production of knowledge for the modernization of islamic civilization. in this research, twenty-seven civilizational functions of universities from thirty expert samples of the statistical community, in accordance with the four layers of layered analysis of causes and by the government breakdown, society and modern islamic civilization, and in the same format for universities are explained, and are arranged. the functions of the four layers and the three stages are interdependent and overlap, but the functions of the islamic government stage are priority and of greater importance.universities must redefine and re-engineer their functions in this context of the islamic revolution. functions should not be treated as ceremonies or slogans, but each function should be systematically institutionalized in all upstream documents, structures and processes of universities.
