اصول راهبردی مدیریت میان رشته ای ها در نظام دانشگاهی

امروزه در رویکردی جهانی، نظام‌های آموزشی و دانشگاهی، به سیستم توسعۀ علوم چندوجهی، پیچیده و میان رشته ای روی آورده اند. دانشگاه های ایران نیز از این قاعده برکنار نیستند؛ به طوری که بهره مندی از دیدگاه مسئله محوری و چندبُعدی در آموزش و پژوهش دانشگاهی، امروزه در دستور کار آن ها قرار گرفته و پیوند میان آموزش و صنعت از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار شده است؛ اما سوال این است که آیا گفتمان میان رشته ای به واقع در دانشگاه ها، شکل گرفته است؟ موانع و چالش‌های شکل‌گیری و توسعۀ میان‌رشته‌ای ها در نظام دانشگاهی چیست؟ در این راستا با استفاده از روش کیفی (تکنیک تحلیل مضمون)، پرسش های نیمه ساخت مند و مصاحبه با خبرگان و بازیگران عرصۀ دانشگاهی، محققان و اساتید دانشگاهی، سپس کدگذاری چندمرحله ای متون 30 مصاحبۀ نیمه ساخت مند، 26 مقاله و 11 سخنرانی برآمده از کنفرانس ملی میان رشته ای ها، و تحلیل مضمونی آن ها، در نهایت 120 مفهوم، 104 مقولۀ فرعی، 8 مقولۀ اصلی و یک مفهوم هسته ای استخراج و مشخص شد که هنوز گفتمان میان رشته ای در دانشگاه شکل نگرفته است. همچنین درمجموع، 11 دسته موانع میان رشته شدن نظام دانشگاهی استخراج شد که به موانع آموزشی و حرفه‌ای، موانع روان‌شناختی، موانع تعامل میان بخشی، موانع ساختاری، موانع اداری، موانع مالی، موانع اجتماعی فرهنگی و موانع مدیریتی، غلبۀ رشته‌های کلاسیک، موانع ناشی از بازیگران دانشگاهی و نبود بستر قانونی مناسب اشاره دارند. برای حل و رفع این موانع، 6 راهبرد و توصیۀ سیاستی مرتبط با هریک ارائه شد.

strategic principles for interdisciplinary management in the academic system

today, educational and academic institutions have globally turned to complex, multifaceted and interdisciplinary developmental approaches to sciences. such approaches necessitate having a vision and perception of complex, multisector, and multidimensional issues on the part of institutions. iranian universities are no exception; and therefore, they have adopted a problem solving, multilateral approach to academic education and research and emphasize the importance of the relationship between education and industry. the present paper aimed to answer two important questions: has the formation of an interdisciplinary approach really started in universities? what are the general obstacles and challenges on the way of designing and developing interdisciplinarity in the iranian academic system? then, a qualitative method, multiphase coding and thematic analysis have been used to analyze texts of 30 semi-structured interviews, 26 articles and 11 speeches. regarding the main research question, results indicated that an interdisciplinary approach has not yet been formed in the iranian academic system. the main obstacles on the way of achieving interdisciplinarity consist of 8 main themes, 104 sub-themes and 120 concepts. they consist of educational, professional, psychological, intersectional, structural, bureaucratic, financial, socio-cultural and managerial obstacles, the hegemony of classic disciplines and also a lack of effective law. finally, 6 strategies and policy implementations were offered as the solutions to these obstacles.
