شناسایی سازه های موثر بر نقش گردشگری خوراک در توسعه پایدار سکونتگاه های روستایی استان مازندران

توسعه گردشگری در مناطق روستایی عنصری اساسی است و یکی از راه های نجات روستاها از فقر، مهاجرت و مشکلات اجتماعی و اقتصادی به شمار می رود. در حال حاضر بین انواع گردشگری روستایی، گردشگری خوراک اهمیت بسیاری پیدا کرده است و سبب بروز تحولات اساسی در ابعاد اقتصادی، اجتماعی-فرهنگی، ساختار کالبدی و زیست محیطی روستاها می شود. هدف اصلی این پژوهش تعیین روابط بین نقش مولفه های گردشگری خوراک در توسعه پایدار سکونتگاه های روستایی استان مازندران می باشد. روش جمع آوری اطلاعات به صورت مطالعات کتابخانه ای می باشد. داده های این تحقیق در دو بخش کیفی و کمی طبقه بندی شدند. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها مصاحبه و پرسشنامه است. جامعه مورد بررسی این تحقیق، خبرگان شامل مدیران و کارشناسان ارشد اداره کل میراث فرهنگی، صنایع دستی و گردشگری استان مازندران می‌باشند. برای ایجاد مدل نقش گردشگری خوراک بر توسعه پایدار سکونتگاه های روستایی استان مازندران از روش مدلسازی تفسیری-ساختاری که سازه های آن از طریق روش کیفی و به شیوه تحلیل محتوا شناسایی شد استفاده شده است. در ادامه با استفاده از تحلیل micmak میزان اثرگذاری و اثرپذیری متغیرها بر یکدیگر مشخص شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می دهد در سطح دهم مدل، سازه حمایت دولت قرار گرفته است که زیر بنای مدل می باشد و توسعه پایدار روستاها از این سیاست شروع و به سایر سازه ها سرایت می کند. در نهایت، در سطح اول مدل، سازه ساختار اجتماعی قرار دارد که حاصل روابط بین سازه های سطوح ما قبل خود بوده و منتج به توسعه پایدار روستا می شود.

identifying effective structures influencing the role of culinary tourism in the sustainable development of rural settlements in mazandaran province

tourism development in rural areas serves as a fundamental element and a crucial solution to rescue villages from poverty, migration, and various social andeconomic challenges. with the decline of traditional industries as primary income sources for rural communities, alternative strategies are imperative to bolster economic resources for community development. currently, culinary tourism hasgained significant importance among various forms of rural tourism. the objective of this research is to identify the structures and delineate relationships among the components of culinary tourism contributing to the sustainable development of rural settlements in mazandaran province. information for this study was gathered through library research, employing qualitative and quantitative data classification. data collection instruments included interviews and questionnaires targeting experts, including managers and senior professionals from the general department of cultural heritage, handicrafts, and tourism in mazandaran province. the interpretive-structural modeling method, utilizing qualitative methods and content analysis, was applied to create a model illustrating the role of culinary tourism in the sustainable development of ruralsettlements in mazandaran province. subsequently, the micmac software was utilized to assess the degree of influence and effectiveness among variables.results indicate that at the tenth level of the model, the government support structure holds a foundational role, initiating sustainable development in villagesand extending its influence to other structures. ultimately, at the first level of the model, the social structure emerges as a result of interactions between previouslevel structures, culminating in the sustainable development of the village .
