بررسی آثار و پیامدهای سکونتگاه های خلاق در توسعه مناطق روستایی (مطالعه موردی: روستاهای شهرستان رشتخوار)

روستا کهن ترین شکل سکونتگاه بشری است و روستانشینی یکی از قدیمی ترین شیوه های زندگی بشر است. از این رو، برنامه ریزان روستایی باید برای توسعه پایدار روستاها به دنبال راه حل جدید و نویی باشند. در این راستا، ایجاد سکونتگاه های خلاق می تواند راه حلی مناسب برای پایداری روستاها باشند. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی آثار و پیامدهای سکونتگاه های خلاق در توسعه مناطق روستایی می باشد. پژوهش به لحاظ هدف،کاربردی است و به لحاظ ماهیت ونوع گردآوری اطلاعات از نوع توصیفی – تحلیلی است. جمع آوری داده ها به دو صورت اسنادی و میدانی(پرسشنامه) در 5 بعد توسعه روستایی اقتصادی، اجتماعی- فرهنگی، نهادی – مدیریتی، زیست محیطی، کالبدی و 6 بعد سکونتگاه های خلاق(انعطاف پذیری، ابتکار، آموزش و ترویج، خطرپذیری، رهبری، مشارکت) انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل سرپرستان خانواردرروستاهای شهرستان رشتخوار بوده که براساس فرمول کوکران حجم نمونه 377 خانوار محاسبه و همچنین برای تکمیل پرسشنامه ها در این مطالعه، ازگروه های تصمیم ساز شامل 15نفر از نخبگان(اساتید دانشگاه، کارشناسان و مدیران توسعه روستایی و کشاورزی) نظر خواهی شد. برای رتبه بندی و تحلیل فضایی روستا از تکنیک مولتی مورا و arc gis و  برای تحلیل های آماری از تکنیک ahp و  نرم افزارهای expert choice ، spss  استفاده شد. در این پژوهش ، شاخص مشارکت با استفاده از تکنیک ahp،  بیشترین امتیاز (0.30) و شاخص خطرپذیری کمترین امتیاز (0.11) را به خود اختصاص داده اند. یافته های تحقیق نشان دهنده آن است که، رابطه معناداری بین آثار و پیامدهای روستاهای خلاق و توسعه مناطق روستایی وجود دارد به گونه ای که ضریب همبستگی بین آثار و پیامدهای سکونتگاه های خلاق و توسعه در سطح مناطق  روستایی 0.710 به دست آمد. براین اساس، می توان اظهار کرد که آثار و پیامدهای سکونتگاه های خلاق ارتباط مستقیمی با یک دیگر دارند.

exploring the impacts and outcomes of creative settlements on rural development: a case study of villages in rashtkhwar county

rural areas, as the oldest form of human habitation, embody one of the most ancient lifestyles. in the context of contemporary challenges faced by rural regions, planners must seek innovative solutions for sustainable rural development. the establishment of creative settlements emerges as a promising strategy towards achieving rural sustainability. this research aims to investigate the effects and consequences of creative settlements in the development of rural areas, with a focus on the villages of rashtkhwar county. the study follows an applied approach in terms of purpose and employs a descriptive-analytical method for data collection. data were gathered through both documentary sources and fieldwork, utilizing a questionnaire covering five dimensions of rural development:economic, social-cultural, institutional-management, environmental, and physical, alongwith six dimensions of creative settlements: flexibility, initiative, education and promotion, risk-taking, leadership, and participation. the statistical population included household heads in rashtkhwar county's villages, with a calculated sample size of 377 households based on the cochran formula. additionally, opinions were sought from decision-making groups consisting of 15 experts, including university professors and managers of rural andagricultural development. multi-mora and arc gis techniques facilitated ranking and spatial analysis, while multi-criteria decision-making techniques, statistical tests, and software tools like expert choice and spss were used for data analysis. the participationindex received the highest score (0.30), while the risk index scored the lowest (0.11) using expert choice software. the research findings reveal a significant correlation (0.627) between the factors influencing the formation of creative settlements and development atthe rural level. hence, it can be concluded that as the effectiveness of factors contributing to the establishment of creative settlements in rural areas increases, the overall development process in villages improves.
