شناسایی و تبیین عوامل موثر بر آمایش فضاهای روستایی با رویکرد توسعه پایدار(مورد مطالعه: روستاهای شهرستان دلفان)

توسعه پایدار فضایی، علاوه بر لحاظ عوامل کلی توسعه، جنبه های اکولوژکی، برابری، یکپارچگی، سازگاری و محدودیت های زیست محیطی را نیز در بر می گیرد. این رویکرد سعی دارد با پدیده عدم تعادل های منطقه ای برخورد کرده و راهکارهای مناسب را برای تحقق توسعه متوازن و پایدار در سطح سرزمین، ارائه نماید. هدف از پژوهش حاضر تجزیه و تحلیل آمایش فضاهای روستایی با تاکید بر توسعه پایدار فضایی در روستاهای دلفان بوده است. فرآیند روش شناسی حاکم بر این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی، و روش پژوهش توصیفی_تحلیلی است. روش گردآوری داده ها و اطلاعات به صورت کتابخانه ای و اسنادی است. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از ابزار علت و معلولی دیماتل استفاده شده. که به شیوه پنل خبرگان انجام گرفته. یافته ها حاکی از آن است که آمایش فضایی روستاهای دلفان نه بر اساس شاخصه های راهبردی توسعه پایدار فضایی، بلکه شکل یافته ای عواملی چون: حاکمیت تفکر اقتصادی(1.17)، و کالبدی-زیرساختی(0.67) بعنوان تاثیرگذارترین، و برابری و یکپارچگی(0.75- و 0.74-) بعنوان تاثیرپذیرترین عوامل بوده است. لذا آمایش این سکونتگاه ها در چارچوب توسعه پایدار، خصوصاً توسعه پایدار فضایی نبوده است. به این معنا که اصل میان رشته ای و فرارشته ای(عنصر مردم و مکان) که شاکه ای راهبردی توسعه پایدار فضایی است، را شامل نمی شود. این امر موجب عدم تعادل و توازن فضایی روستاهای این شهرستان شده است. در پایان پیشنهاداتی چون: اصلاح ساختار ذهنی و اجرایی مسئولان از توجه صرف به ابعاد کلی توسعه، به لحاظ عوامل برابری، یکپارچگی، سازگاری و محدودیت های زیست محیطی موجود؛ رد دیدگاه های توسعه روستایی از دید صرفاً اقتصادی و کالبدی؛ و غیره ارائه گردیده است.

sustainable spatial development encompasses ecological, equality, integration, compatibility, and environmental limitation aspects in addition to general development factors. this approach aims to address regional imbalances and provide suitable solutionsfor achieving balanced and sustainable development on a national scale. this research focuses on the analysis of spatial planning in delfan villages with an emphasis on sustainable spatial development. the research adopts an applied methodology and followsa descriptive-analytical approach. data and information are collected through library and documentary methods, and the dimatel cause and effect tool is employed for information analysis, utilizing the expert panel method. the findings reveal that the spatial planning of delfan villages does not align with the strategic indicators of spatial sustainable development. instead, it is shaped by factors such as the governance of economic thinking (1.17) and skeletal infrastructure (0.67) as the most influential, and equality and integration (-0.75 and -0.74) as the most impressionable factors. consequently, the planning of these settlements lacks a foundation in sustainable development, particularly in terms of spatial sustainability. it fails to incorporate the interdisciplinary and supra-disciplinary principle (the element of people and place), which is a strategic challenge for sustainable spatial development. this imbalance has disrupted the spatial harmony of villages in this region.in conclusion, recommendations include reforming the mental and executive structures of officials to focus on the comprehensive dimensions of development, considering factors such as equality, integration, compatibility, and existing environmental limitations. it also advocates for rejecting views on rural development that solely emphasize economic andphysical aspects.
