بسترهای حاکم و پیامدهای حاصل از توسعه گردشگری بر مبنای مزیت های رقابت پذیری در ناحیه روستایی رودبار قصران

پژوهش حاضر، از نظر هدف، کاربردی و بنیادی و دارای ماهیت تفسیری و تحلیلی و از نظر روش، در گروه پژوهش‌های کمی و کیفی قرار دارد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات نیز از روش گراندد تئوری و مدل ترکیبی (fsora، fcopras)،(edas)، و نرم‌افزار spss، استفاده شد. نتایج برخورداری روستاها از شاخص‌های گردشگری نشان داد که از بین روستا‌های مورد مطالعه روستای لالان و شمشک در بهترین وضعیت، و روستای حصارک در بدترین وضعیت قرار دارد. همچنین نتایج تئوری زمینه‌ای به منظور بررسی بستر‌های حاکم بر توسعه گردشگری نشان داد، بستر‌های (حکمروایی مطلوب گردشگری، نهادینه‌سازی فرهنگ گردشگری، رویکرد نامتمرکز گردشگری، تدوین برنامه راهبردی از طریق ظرفیت‌ها و توانمندی‌های رقابت‌پذیر گردشگری، تشکیل تیم تخصصی در زمینه توسعه گردشگری، توسعه زیرساخت‌های گردشگری، تبلیغات مناسب گردشگری) از سوی متخصصان پیشنهاد شد و از بین آنها، حکمروایی مطلوب گردشگری با مقدار وزن 72.33، بیشترین میزان اهمیت را به خود اختصاص داده است. همچنین نتایج تئوری زمینه‌ای به منظور بررسی پیامد‌های حاصل از توسعه گردشگری نیز نشان داد پیامدهای شناخته شده از جانب متخصصان شامل توسعه پایدار گردشگری، ارتقاء کیفیت زندگی، رونق بازاریابی، افزایش آگاهی و دانش گردشگری در روستا‌ها بوده است که از بین پیامد‌های مطرح شده، توسعه پایدار گردشگری با مقدار وزن 72.54، بیشترین میزان اهمیت را به خود اختصاص داده است. در نهایت اینکه بین بستر‌های حاکم و پیامد‌های توسعه گردشگری بر مبنای مزیت‌های رقابت‌پذیری ناحیه کوهستانی رودبار قصران ارتباط معنادار و مثبت وجود دارد.

examining governing factors and impacts of tourism development based on competitiveness advantages: a case study of rodbar ghasran rural region

attaining a distinct position and competitive edge among tourists is crucial for providing the foundation for rural tourism development. this study investigates the prevailing contexts and consequences of rural tourism development in rodbar ghasran region, focusing on competitiveness advantages. the research is applied, fundamental, interpretive, and analytical, employing both quantitative and qualitative methodologies. the analysis utilized grounded theory and combined models (fsora, fcopras), (edas), and spss software. results indicated that among the studied villages, lalan and shemshak were in the best condition in terms of tourism indicators, while hesarak was in the least favorable situation. theoretical groundwork to examine governing contexts for tourism development identified factors such as optimal governance, institutionalization of tourism culture, decentralized approach, strategic planning based on competitive capacities, educibility of tourism, formation of a specialized team, development of tourism infrastructure, and effective advertising. experts assigned the highest importance to optimal governance of tourism with a weight of 72.33. similarly, the theoretical background for studying consequences highlighted sustainable tourism development, improved quality of life, marketing growth, and increased awareness and knowledge of tourism in rural areas. sustainable development of tourism was considered the most significant consequence, with a weight of 72.54. importantly, the results revealed a meaningful and positive relationship between prevailing contexts and consequences of rural tourism development based on competitiveness advantages in the rodbar ghasran region, with a significance level of 0.000.
