عملکرد مدیریت محلی در بهبود شاخص های تحولات فضایی سکونتگاه های روستایی مورد مطالعه: بخش اسفندقه در شهرستان جیرفت

پژوهش حاضر به واکاوی جایگاه عملکرد مدیریت محلی در بهبود شاخص های تحولات فضایی در بخش اسفندقه پرداخته است. براین مبنا، این پژوهش ویژگی های درونی و ویژگی های بیرونی شاخص مدیریت محلی را به مثابه متغیرهای اثرگذار و ابعاد تحولات فضایی همچون محیطی - اکولوژیک، اجتماعی، اقتصادی، و کالبدی - زیربنایی به مثابه مولفه های اثرپذیر مورد مطالعه قرار داده است.  پژوهش به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و بر مبنای ماهیت و روش کمی و پیمایشی، مبتنی بر ابزار پرسشنامه در سطح370خانوار و در 30روستا به صورت نمونه تصادفی مورد واکاوی قرار گرفته است. نتایج پژوهش آشکار ساخت، میان شاخص های مدیریت محلی با ابعاد تحولات تحولات فضایی سکونتگاه های روستایی ناحیه موردمطالعه رابطه مثبت و معنی دار وجود دارد. افزون بر این، شاخص اقتصادی با میانگین 3.27در رتبه نخست، شاخص محیطی - اکولوژیک با میانگین 3.19 در رتبه دوم، شاخص اجتماعی با میانگین 3.14 در رتبه سوم و شاخص کالبدی - زیربنایی با میانگین 2.91 در رتبه آخر است. بدین ترتیب، توجه روزافزون مدیریت محلی به تحولات فضایی سکونتگاه های روستایی به ویژه در زمینه بعد کالبدی زیربنایی از راه اتخاذ سیاست های مناسب در این راستا برای بهبود فعالیت های اجتماعی و اقتصادی پیشنهاد شده است.

the performance of local management in improving indicators of spatial evolution in the rural settlements (case study: esfandaqiyeh district in jiroft county)

the present research has studied the role of local management in improving indicators of spatial evolution in esfandagheh. therefore, the research has considered internal features and external features of indicators of local management as the influential variables, and the dimensions of spatial evolution (such as environmental-ecological, social, economic, and physical-infrastructural ones) as the factors which are influence by the preceding ones. the present research was an applied, quantitative one in which a questionnaire was distributed among 370 households in 30 villages which were randomly selected. the results indicated that there is a statistically significant positive relationship between indicators of local management and dimensions of spatial evolution in the rural settlements studied. furthermore, economic index is ranked as the first dimension (mean=3.27), and environmental-ecological index (mean=3.19), social index (mean=3.14), and physical-infrastructural index (mean=2.91) are ranked as the second, the third, and the last one respectively. therefore, it is suggested that local management pay more attention to spatial evolution in rural settlements, especially in terms of the physical-infrastructural dimension via adopting appropriate policies to improve social and economic activities.
