سطح توسعه کارآفرینی کشاورزی در بین کارآفرینان خرد و نقش عوامل فردی موثر بر آن در مناطق روستایی شهرستان مشهد

کارآفرینی در کشاورزی به معنای بکارگیری خلاقیت و نوآوری در فعالیت های مرتبط با کشاورزی و راهبرد کلیدی در حل چالش های بخش کشاورزی نواحی روستایی است. پژوهش حاضر به بررسی سطح توسعه کارآفرینی کشاورزی در بین کارآفرینان خرد و نقش عوامل فردی موثر بر آن می پردازد. روش تحقیق توصیفی- تحلیلی و از نظر هدف در زمره تحقیقات کاربردی است. در این پژوهش 55 روستا که دارای کارآفرین خرد کشاورزی در شهرستان مشهد هستند، شناسایی و تمامی کارآفرینان خرد کشاورز (90 کارآفرین) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. لذا چه در سطح روستا و چه در سطح واحد تحلیل، تمام شماری انجام شد. توسعه کارآفرینی در میان کارآفرینان کشاورزی خرد به کمک 4 بعد نوسازی، پیشگامی، ریسک پذیری و نوگرایی و 18 شاخص به کمک ابزار پرسشنامه کمی شد. آلفای کرونباخ 0.83 بیانگر پایایی مطلوب ابزار پژوهش است. نتایج نشان داد میانگین بعد نوسازی با 3.26، بعد پیشگامی با 3.24، بعد ریسک پذیری با 3.48، بعد نوگرایی با 3.19 به طور معنی داری بالاتر از میانه نظری در حد متوسط می باشد. همچنین میانگین سازه توسعه کارآفرینی در بین کارآفرینان کشاورز با 3.29 از میانه نظری بالاتر است؛ لذا میزان توسعه کارآفرینی در بین کارآفرینان خرد کشاورزی نواحی روستایی شهرستان مشهد در سطح متوسط ارزیابی شده است. نتایج حاصل از همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد رابطه مستقیم و معنی داری بین سابقه فعالیت کشاورزی، رضایت از کسب و کار کارآفرینانه و درآمد با سازه توسعه فعالیت های کارآفرینانه کشاورزی وجود دارد. همچنین تفاوت معناداری بین میانگین توسعه فعالیت‌های کارآفرینانه کشاورزی بر اساس بومی/غیربومی بودن، جنسیت، تاهل، دارا بودن/نبودن تحصیلات تخصصی، شرکت/عدم شرکت در دوره های آموزشی مشاهده نشد.

the level of development of agricultural entrepreneurship among micro-entrepreneurs and the role of individual factors affecting it in rural areas of mashhad

entrepreneurship in agriculture means using creativity and innovation in activities related to agriculture and a key strategy in solving the challenges of the agricultural sector in rural areas. the present study examines the level of development of agricultural entrepreneurship among micro-entrepreneurs and the role of individual factors affecting it. the research method is descriptive-analytical and in terms of purpose is applied research. in this study, 55 villages that have micro-entrepreneurs in mashhad were identified and all micro-entrepreneurs (90 entrepreneurs) were examined. therefore, both at the village level and at the level of the analysis unit, counting was done. entrepreneurship development among micro-agricultural entrepreneurs was quantified with the help of 4 dimensions of modernization, pioneering, risk-taking and modernity and 18 indicators with the help of a questionnaire. cronbach’s alpha of 0.83 indicates the optimal reliability of the research tool. the results showed that the average of the modernization dimension with 3.26, the pioneering dimension with 3.24, the risk-taking dimension with 3.48, and the modernization dimension with 3.19 are significantly higher than the average theoretical average. also, the average structure of entrepreneurship development among agricultural entrepreneurs is 3.29 higher than the theoretical average; therefore, the rate of entrepreneurship development among micro-entrepreneurs in rural areas of mashhad has been evaluated at an average level. the results of pearson correlation showed that there is a direct and significant relationship between the history of agricultural activity, satisfaction with entrepreneurial business and income with the structure of development of agricultural entrepreneurial activities. also, no significant difference was observed between the average development of agricultural entrepreneurial activities based on indigenous / non-indigenous, gender, marriage, having / not having specialized education, participation / non-participation in training courses.
