تبدیل روستا به شهر و ابعاد اثرات آن در فضا (مورد مطالعه: شهرهای زیارت و لوجلی شهرستان شیروان)

چند سالی است که در سطح ایران کانون‌های بزرگ روستایی برای تطور و تبدیل روستا به شهر مورد توجه نظام برنامه‌ریزی و برنامه‌ی ساخت کشور قرار گرفته است. با تبدیل شدن روستا به شهر، تاثیرات متفاوتی بر ابعاد مختلف زندگی ساکنان منطقه روستایی ایجاد می شود که یکی از این نواحی کشور که در حوزه تبدیل روستا به شهر گام برداشته است، دو شهر زیارت و لوجلی در شهرستان شیروان می‌باشد. در این پژوهش هدف، بررسی تاثیر تبدیل روستا به شهر بر ابعاد اقتصادی، اجتماعی، زیست محیطی و کالبدی شهرهای لوجلی و زیارت در شهرستان شیروان می‌باشد. روش تحقیق در این پژوهش بر اساس ماهیت، توصیفی و تحلیلی و از لحاظ دستیابی به حقایق از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی-پیمایشی و از لحاظ هدف کاربردی می‌باشد. جامعه‌ی آماری تحقیق شامل خانوارهای ساکن شهرهای زیارت و لوجلی در شهرستان شیروان می شدند که تعداد آن‌ها 1479 خانوار می‌باشد. حجم نمونه با توجه به فرمول کوکران 195 خانوار تعیین و به نسبت جمعیت و بعد خانوار در دو شهر پرسش‌گری انجام شد. سپس با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده نمونه‌ها انتخاب شدند. در مرحله بعد اطلاعات وارد نرم افزار spss شد؛ سپس با انتخاب آزمون توزیع دو جمله ای به ارزیابی شاخص‌های تحقیق از جنبه‌ی آمار استنباطی پرداخته شد. نتیجه گیری کلی تحقیق از تاثیرگذاری تبدیل روستا به شهر در ابعاد مختلف اقتصادی (افزایش بار اقتصادی خانوارها)، اجتماعی(کاهش سرمایه اجتماعی)، زیست محیطی (تخریب محیط زیست) و کالبدی (تنوع کالبدی) اشاره دارد ومبین این است که این تاثیرگذاری زیادبوده است.

a study on the change of a village into a town and exploring its effects from economic, social, environmental and physical dimension.the case studies: ziarat and lujali towns of shirvan county

planning organizations and the country’s construction plan in iran have considered the large rural areas to be transformed into cities. with the turning of the village into the city, different effects on the different dimensions of the life of the inhabitants of the rural area are created. ziarat and lujali towns of shirvan county are two country’s areas which have started turning from the villages into cities. this study aims to examine the effect of the transformation of the village into town on the economic, social, environmental and physical dimensions of ziarat and lujali. the methodology of this study is descriptive analytical in terms of type, empirical in terms of data collection and functional in terms of purpose. the population sample size of the study includes 1479 families living in ziarat and lujali towns of shirvan county. the sample size was 195 families which were determined by cochran formula. according to the population and the average of the families’ members, a questionnaire was distributed in two towns. then, by the use of simple random sampling method, the samples were selected. the data were entered into spss software, then, through binominal test, the research variables were assessed based in terms of descriptive statistics. the results demonstrated that the transformation of village into town affects the economic, social, environmental and physical dimensions significantly.
