نقش شبکه‌های روستایی در مدیریت مشارکتی جوامع محلی: مورد مطالعه: دهستان بالا دربند شهرستان کرمانشاه

در زمینه توسعه روستایی، مشارکت مردمی از اهمیت بسزایی برخوردار است. شبکه‌های اجتماعی می‌تواند در توسعه مشارکت‌های مردمی روستاها نقش داشته باشد. در پژوهش حاضر مساله اساسی این است که آیا شبکه‌های روستایی در مدیریت مشارکتی جوامع روستایی نقش دارد؟ در این تحقیق از روش نیمه آزمایشی و طرح (پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه آزمایش و کنترل) استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیه‌ی سرپرستان خانوار روستایی دهستان بالا دربند در شهرستان کرمانشاه تشکیل می‌دهند که عضو شبکه‌های اجتماعی دایر در کشور هستند. نمونه آماری شامل 40 نفر بود که از طریق نمونه‌گیری در هدفمند انتخاب می‌شود و در دو گروه کنترل(20نفر) و آزمایش (20نفر) قرار گرفته اند. نتایج بیانگر آن است که شبکه‌های روستایی در مدیریت مشارکتی جوامع روستایی اثرگذار بوده است. شبکه‌های اجتماعی نظیر تلگرام شبکه‌ای پرقدرت است که می‌تواند بر تعاملات اجتماعی تاثیر بسزایی داشته باشد. مشارکت اجتماعی حاصل تعاملات و هنجارهای گروهی و اجتماعی است و دریچه‌ی تازه ایی را در تحلیل و علت یابی مسائل فرهنگی و اجتماعی روستاها گشوده است. اجرای شبکه‌های روستایی بر مدیریت مشارکتی جوامع روستایی تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. بر اساس ضریب تاثیر (0.210) تفاوت دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل در میزان نمرات مربوط به تاثیر اجرای شبکه‌های روستایی بر مدیریت مشارکتی جوامع روستایی معنادار بوده است.

the role of rural networks in participatory management of local communities: the case of baladarband rural district in kurdistan

public participation is very important for rural development. social networks can influence and enhance the participation of villagers. the main question of the present research is whether rural networks influence the participatory management of rural communities. the research was a quasi-experimental one in which pre-test/post-test and experimental/control group were used. the population included all rural household heads in baladarband rural district, kurdistan who were member of active social networks of iran. the sample included 40 people who were selected via purposive sampling and put in two groups, i.e. experimental and control ones (20 in each group). the results indicated that rural networks have influenced participatory management in rural communities. social media, such as telegram, are effective tools which significantly influence social interactions. social participation is the result of interactions as well as collective and social norms, and it has opened a new window to analyzing and finding the cause of cultural and social issues in villages. rural networks have a positive and significant influence on participatory management in rural communities. the impact factor (0.210) shows that there is a significant difference between experimental and control groups concerning the values related to the effect of rural networks on participatory management in rural communities.
