فرصت ها و چالش های آموزش مجازی در دوران کرونا

زمینه و هدف: آموزش در زندگی بشر همواره نقش بسیار مهمی را ایفا کرده است چراکه اگر آموزش نبود، پیشرفت نوع بشر به شکل چشم‌گیری کاهش می‌یافت و انسان هرگز به جایگاه رفیع امروزی خود نمی‌رسید. اما آموزش امروزه بسیار متفاوت با آموزش در قرون گذشته است. با گسترش مرزهای دانش و فناوری و همچنین افزایش تقاضای آموزشی، شیوه های سنتی، پاسخگوی نیازهای روز افزون بشر نبوده و به طور حتم آموزش‌های مجازی در دوران کرونا و پس از آن با تمام مزایا و معایبشان می‌توانند پاسخگوی این نیازها باشند. در این مقاله، سعی شده است با گسترش دید نسبت به آموزش مجازی، مزایا و محدودیت ها و همچنین فرصت‌ها و چالش‌های این نوع آموزش ها را مشخص نموده و چشم اندازی از آینده آموزش‌های مجازی را بیان نماییم.به طور کلی می‌توان مزایای آموزش های مجازی را تداوم یادگیری، بدون نیاز به حضور فیزیکی دانش‌آموزان و دانشجویان، ورود فناوری‌های نوین به آموزش و الهام گرفتن از آنها برای کمک به ارتقاء آموزش نسل های آینده و همچنین اعطای فرصت تفکر مجدد به معلمان و اساتید و به روزرسانی دانش آنها ذکر کرد. تحول ابزارها و روش‌های آموزشی در این جهت است که هر فرد در هر زمان و هر مکان بتواند با امکانات خودش در بازه زمانی که خودش مشخص می‌کند مشغول یادگیری شود. این نوع آموزش شالوده ای از کاربرد تکنولوژی، ارتباطات، مفاهیم روانشناختی حرفه‌ای و آکادمیک بر اساس معیارها و استانداردهای معمول است که بنا به اهداف، نیازها و واقعیت‌های موجود جوامع شکل خاصی به خود میگیرد.

background and purpose: today we have online teachings which has been increased in last 2 years because of covid -19 pan demy. this study is going to discuss about pros and cos of it. by closing the schools the traditional way of teaching become some how impossible so what we need was online teaching or virtual education. by the expansion of the frontiers of knowledge and technology as well as the increasing demand for education, traditional methods have not met the growing needs of human beings. the virtual education in the coronavirus, and then with all the advantages and disadvantages, can be responsive to these needs. in this paper, it has been tried to identify the advantages and limitations as well as opportunities and challenges for this kind of training and express a vision for the future of virtual education.results: it is generally possible to provide the benefits of virtual training to continue learning, without the need for students, entering new technologies to help train future generations as well as give them the opportunity to re - think about teachers and update their knowledge. the evolution of teaching tools and methods is in the direction that each person at any time and any place can learn with her own facilities in the period of time that she determines.
