بررسی اعتیاد به موبایل و رابطه آن با ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و سبک‌های هویتی(مورد مطالعه: جوانان شهر یاسوج)

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اعتیاد به موبایل بر اساس ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و سبک‌های هویتی در جوانان شهر یاسوج انجام گرفته است. روش تحقیق در این مطالعه، کمی از نوع پیمایش است و جامعه آماری آن را کلیه جوانان ساکن در شهر یاسوج تشکیل داده‌اند. افزون بر این حجم نمونه در این مطالعه 384 نفر بوده که به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای انتخاب شده است. به منظور تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون‌های آماری مقایسه میانگین (آزمون های t ,f)، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون آماری به شیوه گام به گام استفاده شده است. یافته‌ها نشان داده‌اند که بین ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و سبک‌های هویت با اعتیاد به موبایل در جوانان رابطه معنادار وجود دارد و ویژگی‌های شخصیتی برون‌گرایی، سازگاری و سبک هویت اجتنابی توانایی پیش‌بینی اعتیاد به موبایل در بین جوانان را دارند. به عبارت دیگر این سه شاخص در مجموع 16.7درصد از واریانس متغیر وابسته را تبیین کرده‌اند. جوانان دارای اعتیاد به موبایل در حد بسیار بالایی است. همچنین نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که بین ویژگی‌های شخصیتی با اعتیاد به موبایل و همچنین سبک‌های هویتی به اعتیاد به موبایل رابطه وجود دارد. در نهایت به منظور پیشگیری از اعتیاد به موبایل، جوانان باید مسئولیت و تعهداتی برای استفاده از تلفن همراه داشته باشند. هنگامی که جوانان اعتیاد به تلفن پیدا کرده‌اند. در این رابطه باید محدودیت‎های عقلانی برای خود به‌وجود آورند تا از بروز رفتارهای آسیب‌زا و اعتیادی جلوگیری شود.

investigating mobile addiction and its relationship with personality traits and identity (styles among yasuj youth)

the aim of this study was to investigate personal characteristics and identity style in the youth of yasuj. the research method in this study is a bit of a survey and its statistical population consists of all young people living in yasuj. in addition, the sample size in this study was 384 people who were selected by cluster sampling. in order to analyze the data, statistical tests of mean comparison (t, f tests), pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise statistical regression were used. findings have shown that there is a significant relationship between personality traits and identity styles with mobile addiction in young people and personality traits of extroversion, adaptability and avoidant identity style of the ability to predict mobile addiction among young people. have. in other words, these three indices explain a total of 16.7% of the variance of the dependent variable.young people are very addicted to mobile phones. the results of the study also show that there is a relationship between personality traits with mobile addiction as well as identity styles with mobile addiction. finally, in order to prevent mobile phone addiction, young people must have responsibilities and obligations to use mobile phones. when young people are addicted to the phone. in this regard, they must create rational limits to prevent the occurrence of harmful and addictive behaviors.
