شناسایی قابلیت حرف های مورد نیاز آموزگاران مدارس ابتدایی ناحیه 3 شهر اهواز

هدف پژوهش حاضر،شناسایی قابلیت حرفه ای مورد نیاز آموزگاران مدارس ابتدایی ناحیه 3شهر اهواز در سال 98بود. با توجه به نوع و ماهیت مساله، اهداف و سوال های پژوهش، از روش تحقیق توصیفی، و برای جمع آوری اطلاعات از روش پیمایشی استفاده شد.از آن جهت که نتایج آن می تواند برای بهبود و ارتقاء قابلیتهای حرفه ای آموزگاران مدارس ابتدایی مفید واقع شود، کاربردی محسوب می شود. تعداد367 نفراز 800 آموزگار دوره ابتدایی ناحیه 3 اهواز با نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده طبق جدول مورگان انتخاب شده اند. ابزار اندازه گیری این پژوهش جهت پاسخگویی آموزگاران در شش بعد و جمعا 24 سوالی بر مبنای مدل قابلیت حرفه‌ای کبک کانادا طراحی و شش مولفه قابلیت حرفه‌ای نقد و تفسیر دانش و فرهنگ، توانایی بیان، ارزشیابی، فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات، مشارکت در توسعه حرفه‌ای و اخلاق حرفه‌ای به عنوان مولفه های آن در نظر گرفته شد.ضریب آلفای کرونباخ ابزار پژوهش 0.85 بدست آمد و روایی آن نیز تایید شد.از آزمون t مستقل و نرم افزار کامپیوتریspssنسخه هجدهم استفاده شد. برای کلیه فرضیه‌ها سطح معنی داری 0/05 در نظر گرفته شد و برای تعیین وضعیت متغیرهای پژوهش از دیدگاه معلمان دو وضعیت موجود و مطلوب انتخاب شد.نتایج نشان دادبین قابلیت حرفه ای در زمینه نقد، تفسیر دانش و فرهنگ، در زمینه توانایی بیان، در زمینه ارزشیابی، در زمینه فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات، در زمینه مشارکت در توسعه حرفه ای، در زمینه اخلاق حرفه ای مورد نیاز آموزگاران مدارس ابتدایی ناحیه 3شهر اهواز در دو وضعیت ایده آل و موجود تفاوت معناداری دارد.

identifying the professional development required for elementary school teachers in district 3 of ahvaz

the purpose of this study was to identify the professional capability of primary school teachers in district 3 of ahvaz city in 2019.its results can be useful for improving and enhancing the professional abilities of primary school teachers. the research method is descriptive and uses a survey method to gather information. according to morgan’s table, 367 teachers are selected by simple random sampling of 800 teachers. the survey instrument was designed to answer 6 dimensions and a total of 24 questions based on the quebec canadian professional capability model and 6 components of professional capability to review and interpret knowledge and culture ability to speak evaluate, information and communication technology. cronbach’s alpha coefficient was 0.85 and its validity was confirmed by supervisor and consultant. independent t-test was used for data analysis and spss 18 software was used. the significance level of 0.05 was considered for all hypotheses and two existing and desirable situations were determined from the teachers’ point of view. the results showed that the professional competence in the field of criticism, the interpretation of knowledge and culture, the professional competence in the field of expression ability, the professional competence in the field of evaluation, the professional competence in the field of information and communication technology, the professional competence in the field ofparticipation. in professional development, there is a significant difference between professional aptitude in the field of professional ethics required by elementary school teachers in district 3 of ahvaz in both ideal and existing situation.
