بررسی چالش های رشته مدیریت جهانگردی در دانشگاه و تاثیرات آن بر عملکرد دانشجویان

یکی از مهم‌ترین تحولات فرهنگی پس از پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی در ایران، تلاش برای درونی‌سازی ارزش‌های انقلاب اسلامی در ساختارهای آموزشی و پژوهشی در کشور است. در این میان، اگرچه بسیاری از رشته‌های دانشگاهی، دستخوش برخی تغییرات ساختاری شده‌اند، اما مدیریت جهانگردی به سبب اهمیت جایگاه آن در ساختِ تمدنی بومی و اسلامی مورد توجه جدی‌تری قرار گرفته است. تحقّق این استراتژی علمی در کشور، تنها از طریق عملیاتی شدن اهداف آن در رشته‌های مدیریت جهانگردی ممکن می باشد؛ اما از سوی دیگر با توجه به تحولات آموزش و پژوهش در عصر پیشرفت دیجیتالی و انفجار دانش، برخی روش‌ها و نگرش‌های سنتی در مدیریت جهانگردی، نیازمند تغییرات نوینی در راستای تولید دانش در عصر جهانی شده‌ی کنونی است تا تمدن سازی اسلامی ایرانی، برون داد نظام آموزش در ایران باشد. در بخش نتایج، عمده آسیب‌های آموزشی مدیریت جهانگردی که عبارتند از 1- مشکلات موجود بر رشته‌های دانشگاهی مدیریت جهانگردی 2- بررسی آسیب‌های اجرایی علوم مدیریت جهانگردی 3- آسیب‌های موجود در منابع تدریسی مدیریت جهانگردی 4- آسیب‌های موجود در مدیریت دروس و سرفصل‌ها مورد به تفصیل، مورد بحث و بررسی قرار خواهند گرفت. بنابراین به نظر می‌رسد که آسیب شناسی وضعیت مدیریت جهانگردی در ایران، در راستای تحقّق تمدن سازی اسلامی ایرانی، مقدمه‌ای ضروری و اجتناب ناپذیر است.

investigating the challenges of tourism management in the university and its effects on students’ performance

one of the most important cultural developments after the victory of the islamic revolution in iran is the effort to internalize the values of the islamic revolution in the educational and research structures in the country. in the meantime, although many academic disciplines have undergone some structural changes, tourism management has received more serious attention due to the importance of its position in building a native and islamic civilization. the achievement of this scientific strategy in the country is only possible through the operationalization of its goals in the field of tourism management; but on the other hand, according to the developments of education and research in the era of digital progress and knowledge explosion, some traditional methods and attitudes in tourism management need new changes in line with the production of knowledge in the current globalized era rather than iranian islamic civilization. be the output of the education system in iran. in the main results section, the educational disadvantages of tourism management, which are 1- existing problems in the academic fields of tourism management, 2- examining the operational disadvantages of tourism management sciences, 3- existing damages in the teaching resources of tourism management, 4- existing damages in the management of courses and chapters i see . therefore, it seems that the pathology of the tourism management situation in iran is a necessary and inevitable introduction in order to achieve iranian islamic civilization.
