پیش بینی رضایت زناشویی براساس انعطاف پذیری، انسجام خانواده و سبک زندگی اسلامی در زنان متاهل شهرستان شاهین ‌شهر

هدف از این پژوهش، پیش ‌بینی رضایت زناشویی براساس انعطاف‌پذیری، انسجام خانواده و سبک زندگی اسلامی در زنان متاهل شهرستان شاهین‌ شهر، بود. پژوهش حاضر به روش توصیفی و در چارچوب مطالعات همبستگی انجام گرفت. جامعه ی آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه‌ی زنان متاهل شهرستان شاهین‌شهر در سال 1400 بود که با استفاده از فرمول تاباخنیک، تعداد 200 نفر به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش، پرسشنامه‌ رضایت‌مندی زناشویی انریچ (السون، 1989)، پرسشنامه انعطاف‌پذیری خانواده (شاکری، 1382)، پرسشنامه انسجام خانواده (سامانی، 1379) و آزمون سبک زندگی اسلامی - فرم کوتاه (کاویانی، 1388)، بودند. تحلیل داده‌ها با روش همبستگی پیرسون و آزمون تحلیل رگرسیون گام به گام صورت گرفت. نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد که بین رضایت زناشویی با انعطاف‌پذیری، انسجام خانواده و سبک زندگی اسلامی در زنان متاهل، رابطه ی معناداری (0.01>p) وجود دارد. به این صورت که با افزایش انعطاف‌پذیری، انسجام خانواده و سبک زندگی اسلامی در زنان متاهل، رضایت زناشویی نیز افزایش می‌یابد. از بین متغیرهای مورد مطالعه در رگرسیون، بهترین پیش-بینی کننده‌ی رضایت زناشویی در گام اول انعطاف‌پذیری و در گام دوم سبک زندگی اسلامی بوده است. لذا، به روان‌شناسان و مشاوران پیشنهاد می‌شود که آموزش انعطاف‌پذیری و سبک زندگی اسلامی به خانواده‌ها را جهت پیشگیری از تعارضات زناشویی و افزایش رضایت زناشویی مدنظر قرار دهند.

predicting marital satisfaction based on family flexibility, cohesion and islamic lifestyle in married women of shahinshahr

the purpose of this study was to predict marital satisfaction based on family flexibility, cohesion and islamic lifestyle in married women in shahinshahr. the present study was conducted descriptively and in the framework of correlation studies. the statistical population of this study included all married women in shahinshahr city in 1400. using tabakhnik formula, 200 people were selected by convenience sampling method. the research instruments were enrich marital satisfaction questionnaire (olson, 1989), family flexibility questionnaire (shakeri, 2003), family cohesion questionnaire (samani, 2000) and islamic lifestyle test - short form (kaviani, 2009). data were analyzed using pearson correlation method and stepwise regression analysis. the results showed that there is a significant relationship between marital satisfaction and family flexibility, cohesion and islamic lifestyle in married women (p<0.01). in this way, with the increase of family flexibility, cohesion and islamic lifestyle in married women, marital satisfaction also increases. among the variables studied in regression, the best predictor of marital satisfaction in the first step was flexibility and in the second step islamic lifestyle. therefore, psychologists and counselors are advised to teach flexibility and islamic lifestyle to families to prevent marital conflict and increase marital satisfaction.
