اثربخشی بازی الیفو بر هوش هیجانی کودکان پیش دبستانی

پژوهش حاضر به منظور بررسی اثربخشی بازی الیفو بر هوش هیجانی کودکان پیش دبستانی به صورت نیمه آزمایشی و در قالب طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون، با یک گروه گواه انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه کودکان پیش دبستانی منطقه 13 شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 98-97 بود. در این مطالعه از پرسشنامه هوش هیجانی بار- آن استفاده شد. تعداد 30 نفر و به صورت تصادفی در گروه آزمایشی (15نفر) و گروه گواه (15 نفر) قرار گرفتند. به منظور انتخاب نمونه پژوهش، از روش نمونه گیری در دسترس استفاده شد. پس از انتخاب نمونه ها پیش آزمون انجام شد و سپس بازی الیفو برای کودکان گروه آزمایش انجام شد. برای گروه آزمایش 45 جلسه بازی در ساعتی که کودکان در پیش دبستان حضور داشتند انجام و اجرا شد و گروه گواه مداخله ای دریافت نکرد و در پایان دوره از هر دو گروه پس آزمون گرفته شد.جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از میانگین و انحراف معیار و تحلیل کوواریانس استفاده شد. یافته ها نشان داد که بازی الیفو باعث افزایش معنی دار سطح هوش هیجانی کودکان پیش دبستانی به میزان 0.49 و همچنین بر خرده مقیاس های خودآگاهی، خودمدیریتی، آگاهی اجتماعی و مدیریت روابط به ترتیب 0.61، 0.57، 0.54 و 0.54 موثر بود. مبتنی بر یافته ها می توان بیان داشت که بازی الیفو یک روش موثر برای افزایش هوش هیجانی کودکان است.

the effectiveness of alifo game on preschool children’s emotional intelligence

the present study was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of alifo game on emotional intelligence of preschool children in a quasi-experimental manner with a pre-test-post-test design with a control group. the statistical population included all preschool children in the 13th district of tehran in the 97-98 academic year. in this study, the bar-an emotional intelligence questionnaire was used. a total of 30 people were randomly divided into experimental group (15 people) and control group (15 people). in order to select the research sample, the available sampling method was used. after selecting the samples, a pre-test was performed and then alifo game was performed for the children in the experimental group. for the experimental group, 45 play sessions were performed and performed at the time when the children were in preschool, and the control group did not receive any intervention, and at the end of the course, post-test was taken from both groups.mean and standard deviation and analysis of covariance were used to analyze the data. findings showed that alifo play significantly increased the level of emotional intelligence of preschool children by 0.49 and also on the subscales of self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management by 0.61, 0.57, 0.54, respectively. and 0.54 was effective. based on the findings, it can be stated that alifo game is an effective way to increase children’s emotional intelligence.
