بررسی نقش درس پژوهی در توسعه حرفه ای معلمان ابتدایی از نظر معلمان شهرستان تالش

مقاله حاضر به بررسی رابطه بین درس پژوهی با توسعه حرفه ای معلمان ابتدایی شهرستان تالش می پردازد. این پژوهش کاربردی و روش آن توصیفی از نوع همبستگی می باشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه معلمان مقطع ابتدایی شهرستان تالش، به تعداد 768 نفر بود. لذا یک گروه 74 نفری از معلمان به صورت تصادفی انتخاب گردید و پرسشنامه در بین آنها توزیع شد. در انتخاب معلمان از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای متناسب با حجم استفاده گردید. در این پژوهش از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته توسعه حرفه ای در 23 سوال در قالب پنج مولفه (مدیریت کلاسداری، توانایی برقراری ارتباط با دانش آموزان، برنامه ریزی درسی،تعهد سازمانی و فاوای آموزشی) با مقیاس پنج درجه ای لیکرت (کاملاً موافقم تا کاملاً مخالفم) استفاده شد. ضریب پایایی پرسشنامه از طریق آلفای کرونباخ 0.89= α برآورد گردید که معنادار بود. جهت سنجش روایی پرسشنامه ها از روایی محتوایی استفاده گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری spss در دو سطح توصیفی و استنباطی انجام شد. یافته ها نشان بین درس پژوهی و مولفه های توسعه حرفه ای، رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود داشت.

investigating the role of study in the professional development of primary school teachers in the eyes of talesh teachers

the present article examines the relationship between study and professional development of primary school teachers in talesh city. this applied research and its method are descriptive correlations. the statistical population of this study included all primary school teachers in talesh city, 768 people. therefore, a group of 74 teachers was randomly selected and a questionnaire was distributed among them. in the selection of teachers, stratified random sampling method was used in proportion to the volume. in this study, the researcher developed a professional development questionnaire in 23 questions in the form of five components (classroom management, ability to communicate with students, curriculum planning, organizational commitment and educational ict) with a five-point likert scale (i totally agree ) used. the reliability coefficient of the questionnaire was estimated through cronbach’s alpha = 0.89, which was significant. content validity was used to measure the validity of the questionnaires. the analysis of the results of this study was performed using spss statistical software at both descriptive and inferential levels. findings showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between academic studies and components of professional development.
