نگاهی تطبیقی به الگوی نوین تدریس متوسطه دوم در ایران و کشورهای پیشرفته

بکارگیری رویکرد نوین تدریس در امر آموزش ضرورت عصر اخیر و همگامی با نیازهای به فراخور زمان فراگیران می باشد. در همین راستا این پژوهش با نگاهی تطبیقی به الگوی نوین تدریس متوسطه دوم در ایران و کشورهای پیشرفته شکل گرفت. این پژوهش یک مطالعه تطبیقی از انواع پژوهش های مبتنی بر مقالات مروری با رویکرد کتابخانه بود که به صورت مشخص 6 کشور فرانسه، ژاپن، کره جنوبی، استرالیا، فنلاند و ایران را مورد بررسی قرار داد. یافته های بدست آمده از این پژوهش در سه حوزه مدیریت آموزشی؛ بخش فناوری و ابزارهای فناورانه در این زمینه صورت پذیرفت. یافته های بدست آمده در این زمینه نشان داد که در بعد مدیریتی، در کشورهای پیشرفته تر از منظر مدیریتی در این ساختار، نظام آموزشی چند وجهی و نظارتی در زمینه های مختلف وجود دارد.  بررسی بکارگیری تکنولوژی و ابزار نوین آموزشی در مدارس کشورهای مورد بررسی گویای این مساله بود که هوشمند سازی کامل در مدارس و تخصص بندی دقیق آموزش نوین و صد در صدی هنوز در هیچ کشوری مشاهده نمی گردد اما سمت آموزش به سوی الگوی هوشمند سازی است، با این حال مدارس تخصصی و رویکرد فعال آموزشی گسترش بیشتری در این زمینه نشان می دهند. ژاپن، کره جنوبی و فنلاند مسیر رشد بالایی در این زمینه دارد کشورهای فرانسه و استرالیا در وضعیت متوسطی قرار دارد و ایران از منظر رویکرد آموزشی فعال در مقطع متوسطه دوم در سطح پایین و ضعیفی می باشد. در بخش ابزارهای موجود در این زمینه، نتایج نشان داد کشورهای پیشرفته به سمت آموزش تخصصی تر و فردی گام بر می دارند. از نتایج بدست آمده از این پژوهش می توان در امر برنامه ریزی و تقویت زیر ساخت های موجود جهت گسترش الگوی نوین آموزشی بهره برد.

a comparative look at the new model of secondary secondary teaching in iran and developed countries

applying a new teaching approach to education is a necessity of the recent age and in line with the needs of learners. in this regard, this study was formed with a comparative look at the new pattern of secondary education in iran and developed countries. this study was a comparative study of various types of research based on review articles with a library approach that specifically examined 6 countries: france, japan, south korea, australia, finland and iran. findings obtained from this research in three areas of educational management; the technology and technological tools section was done in this field. findings obtained in this field showed that in the managerial dimension, in more developed countries from a managerial perspective in this structure, there is a multifaceted educational system and supervision in various fields. the study of the use of new technology and educational tools in schools of the studied countries showed that complete intelligence in schools and accurate specialization of modern and 100% education is not observed in any country yet, but the direction of education is towards the model of intelligence, with however, specialized schools and an active educational approach show a further expansion in this field. japan, south korea and finland have a high growth rate in this field. france and australia are in a moderate situation and iran is at a low and weak level in terms of active educational approach in secondary school. in the field of tools in this field, the results showed that developed countries are moving towards more specialized and individual education. the results obtained from this research can be used in planning and strengthening the existing infrastructure to expand the new educational model.
