مطالعه کیفیت خدمات راهبران آموزشی و تربیتی از دیدگاه معلمان مدارس چندپایه

پژوهش حاضر، با هدف مطالعه کیفیت خدمات راهبران آموزشی و تربیتی از دیدگاه مدیرآموزگاران و معلمان مدارس چندپایه شهرستان تالش انجام شد، روش تحقیق توصیفی- پیمایشی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه مدیرآموزگاران و معلمان مدارس چندپایه شهرستان تالش به تعداد 214 نفر (45 نفر زن و 169 نفر مرد) تشکیل دادند و نمونه آماری شامل 134 نفر (28 نفر زن و 106 نفر مرد) است که به شیوه نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با 28 گویه استفاده شد. پایایی سوال ها به روش محاسبه آلفای کرونباخ برابر با 89% محاسبه گردید نتایج با استفاده از روش های آمار توصیفی چون جداول فراوانی، درصد میانگین و آزمون‌t تک نمونه ای مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که کیفیت خدمات راهبران آموزشی و تربیتی از دیدگاه مدیرآموزگاران و معلمان مدارس چندپایه در مقوله های برقراری روابط انسانی (30.5)، رشد صلاحیت های حرفه ای معلمان (28.2)، نظارت و راهنمایی (26.6) بالاتر از حد متوسط می‌باشد و در مقوله برنامه ریزی آموزشی و درسی (19.3) پایین تر از حد متوسط (21) است.

study of the quality of educational leadership services from the viewpoint of teachers of multigrade schools

the purpose of present research was study of the quality of educational leadership services from the viewpoint of managers and teachers of multigrade schools was performed in talesh township .the research method was descriptive - survey. the statistical population consisted of 214 (45 women and 169 men) managers and teachers of the multigrade schools in talesh township.and the statistic samples included 134 people (28 women and 106 men) which were chosen the method of simple random sampling. 28 item researcher made questionnaire was used for data gathering. questions reliability was computed 89% by cronbach’s alpha computation method. the results were analyzed through descriptive statistics methods such as frequency tables, average percentage single-sample t-tests. the results showed that quality of educational leadership services from the viewpoint of managers and teachers of multigrade schools in the categories of human relations (30.5), the growth of professional qualifications of teachers (28.2), supervision and guidance (26.6) is more than average, and in the category of curriculum planning (19.3) less than moderate (21).
