درآمدی بر مفهوم‌شناسی اقلیم فرهنگی با تاکید بر اقلیم‌بندی فرهنگی ایران

اقلیم فرهنگی در مطالعات ناحیه‌شناسی و کشورشناسی از اهمیت بسزایی برخوردار است؛ چراکه یکی از ضروریات آمایش فرهنگ آگاهی از ویژگی‌ها و خصیصه‌های فرهنگی یا به‌اصطلاح شناخت «اقلیم‌های فرهنگی» است. ورود به حیطۀ اقلیم‌بندی فرهنگی نیازمند تبیین و تفسیر ابعاد و وجوه مختلف مفهوم اقلیم است. چون این مفهوم در چهارچوب آمایش فرهنگ راهگشای برنامه‌ریزی‌های کلان ملی و سیاست‌گذاری‌های راهبردی قلمداد می‌شود. این سیاست‌ها باید متناسب با اقتضائات فرهنگی و ظرفیت‌های محیطی اقلیم‌های مختلف ارائه شود تا در چهارچوب رعایت اصول آمایش فرهنگ، هم باعث رشد و شکوفایی بیشتر هر اقلیم گردد و هم زمینه‌های توسعه و گسترش عدالت فضایی در کشور فراهم آید. این پژوهش درصدد پاسخ به این سوالات است: مفاهیم و تعاریف اقلیم فرهنگی چیست؟ ضرورت و اهداف اقلیم‌بندی فرهنگی چیست؟ شاخص‌ها، مولفه‌ها و روش‌ها در اقلیم‌بندی کدام‌اند؟ پاسخ به این پرسش‌ها با روش اسنادی و مراجعه به منابع کتابخانه‌ای حاصل شده است که نتایج آن دستیابی به برخی از مهم‌ترین عناصر اقلیم فرهنگی ازجمله خلقیات، شخصیت‌شناسی اقلیم، ظرفیت‌های تاریخی و جغرافیایی است که در بافتار اجتماعی و فرهنگی و تاریخی شکل می‌گیرد.

an introduction to the conceptualization of cultural region with emphasis on the cultural regions of iran

cultural region is very important in regional and country studies; because one of the necessities of studying culture is to know cultural characteristics, or so-called knowledge of cultural regions . entering the field of cultural regionalization requires explanation and interpretation of different dimensions and aspects of the concept of region. because this concept is considered to be a pioneer of national macro-planning and strategic policies in the framework of culture. these policies should be presented in accordance with the cultural requirements and environmental capacities of different regions, so that within the framework of observing the principles of culture, it will cause more growth and prosperity of each region and provide the grounds for the development and expansion of spatial justice in the country.this research seeks to answer these questions: what are the concepts and definitions of cultural region? what are the necessity and goals of cultural conditioning? what are the indicators, components and methods in regionology? the answers to these questions have been obtained by documentary method and reference to library resources, the results of which are to achieve some of the most important elements of cultural region, including moods, region personality, historical and geographical capacities, which are formed in the social, cultural and historical context.
