دانشگاه و همبستگی ملی؛ تحول مفهوم فردی شهروندی به رویکرد اجتماعی

تحقق مفهوم شهروندی در التزام به رعایت حقوق یکدیگر در تعامل اجتماعی، زمینۀ ایجاد همبستگی ملی را فراهم می‌سازد. بی‌تردید سرمایه‌گذاری هرچه بیشتر در حوزه «عقلانیت فرهنگی» به معنای توانایی‌های کلامی و زبانی در تسهیل ارتباط مفاهمه‌ای، می‌تواند در نیل به این مهم موثر واقع شود. به‌طورکلی نهاد آموزش (آموزش‌وپرورش و آموزش عالی) هر جامعه‌ای نه از طریق صِرف آموزه‌های نظری، بلکه از رهگذر «جامعه‌پذیری عمومی، ادغام و سازگاری اجتماعی»، آحاد جامعه را با گذر از مفهوم تنگ منفعت‌گرایی فردی و گشودن افق‌های مصالح عمومی، با مفهوم بلند شهروندی اجتماعی آشنا می‌سازد. این نوشتار با مفروض دانستن نقش دانشگاه در ایجاد احساس همبستگی عمومی، بر آن است تا با استفاده از شیوه مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای و با بهره‌گیری از روش توصیفی تحلیلی، چگونگی تحقق و برآمدن مفهوم شهروند اجتماعی از رهگذر کارکرد این نهاد آموزش عالی را مورد بررسی قرار دهد. یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد دانشگاه در تمهید زمینه‌های ساختاری و ذهنی لازم برای رشد «عقلانیت فرهنگی» از رهگذر تقویت دغدغه «منش اخلاقی» به موازات پیگیری دغدغه «دانایی- مهارت» و درنتیجه ایجاد حس همبستگی ملی، در تبدیل فرهنگ شهروندی به رویکردی اجتماعی، نقش برجسته‌ای ایفا می‌نماید.

university and national solidarity; transformation of the individual concept of citizenship to a social approach

the realization of the concept of citizenship in the commitment to respect each other’s rights in social interaction provides the basis for creating national solidarity. undoubtedly, investing as much as possible in the field of &cultural rationality& in the sense of verbal and linguistic abilities to facilitate understanding communication can be effective in achieving this goal. in general, the institution of education (education and higher education) of any society is not only through theoretical teachings, but through &general sociability, integration and social adaptation& of society members by going beyond the narrow concept of individual utilitarianism and opening the horizons of public interests, through the high concept of citizenship. it makes social acquaintances. by assuming the role of the university in creating a sense of public solidarity, this article tries to investigate how the concept of social citizen is realized and emerged through the functioning of this institution of higher education by using the method of library study and using the descriptive-analytical method. the findings of this research show that the university, in preparing the necessary structural and mental grounds for the growth of &cultural rationality& by strengthening the concern of ðical character& in parallel with the pursuit of the concern of &knowledge-skills& and as a result, creating a sense of national solidarity, in transforming citizenship culture into a social approach, plays a prominent role.
